β β β β β Pengalaman terburuk di situasi darurat yang berhubungan sama kesehatan. Ibu saya dan 2 pasien lain ditelantarin gt aja dimana ibu saya sesak napas dan demam, malah disuruh ke tempat lain kalo gamau nunggu dokternya. Dengan bahasa yang ngegas macam debat sama pedagang online. Kalo untuk urusan darurat kesehatan aja suster dan karyawan disini ga ngerti gimana handlenya, jujur saya jd ragu yang di rekrut disana itu beneran pendidikan suster apa tetangga yang diajarin cara gunain tensi aja sama swab? Masa suster gabisa sadar itu urusan darurat kita malah digas balik? Pelayanan nol besar.
Worst experience in a health related emergency situation. My mother and 2 other patients were neglected, where my mother was short of breath and had a fever, she was even told to go elsewhere if she didn't want to wait for the doctor. With a hot language like a debate with an online merchant. If it's for a health emergency, the nurses and employees here don't know how to handle it, to be honest, I doubt that what was recruited there was really a nurse's education or what neighbors were taught how to use tension with a swab? Can't the nurse realize that it's an emergency, but we're gassed again? Zero service.

β β β β β Pengalaman terburuk dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Suster, resepsionis maupun kasir amat sangat tidak sopan dan tidak ramah. Pelayanan lama namun ketika di complain malah disuruh pilih tetap menunggu tanpa tenggat waktu atau pindah ke UGD lainnya padahal kondisi pasien demam dan sesak napas. Saya sudah maafkan atas perlakuan yang sama sekali tidak profesional, namun saya tidak merekomendasikan klinik ini pada siapapun. Saya yakin semua pasien berhak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang maksimal. Terima kasih.
Worst experience in healthcare. The nurse, receptionist and cashier were very, very impolite and unfriendly. The service is old, but when they complain, they are told to choose to wait without a deadline or move to another ER even though the patient's condition is fever and shortness of breath. I apologize for the completely unprofessional treatment, but I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I believe that all patients have the right to get maximum health care. Thank you.

β β β β β Tetap saya beri bintang 5 tapi dengan catatan.
Masih banyak sekali kekurangan walaupun minor yang masih dapat ditolerir.
Kelebihan
+ Tampak Bangunan Klinik sudah bagus.
+ Parkir cukup, walau tidak terlalu luas.
+ Akses Klinik ke jalan utama H.Mawi juga dekat dan baik.
+ Salah satu faskes yang menerima BPJS.
+ Terdapat IGD dan Dokter yang bisa respon cepat, jika ada kecelakaan luka lebar bisa buru2 jahit disini.
+ Obat yang diberikan juga lumayan bagus, saya dan keluarga cocok berobat disini.
Kekurangan
- Pelayanan administrasinya untuk Pribadi tnpa BPJS masih pakai manual kwitansi oret2.
- Tim Frontliner(receptionis, suster, dokter jaga IGD) yang seharusnya dapat lebih ramah dan tanggap terhadap pasien. Ingat Klinik /fasilitas kesehatan itu bukan fokus sekedar cari customer cari untung. Tapi harus lebih melayani dari hati karena menyangkut jiwa seseorang.
Saran
Mungkin perlu sesekali Timnya diberi training atau sertifikasi lagi agar bisa lebih maksimal dalam melayani

+ Looks like the clinic building is good.
+ Parking is sufficient, although not too wide.
+ Clinic access to the main H.Mawi road is also close and good.
+ One of the health facilities that receive BPJS.
+ There is an emergency room and a doctor who can respond quickly, if there is an accident, you can quickly sew up here.
+ The medicine given is also quite good, my family and I are suitable for treatment here.
Deficiency
- Administrative services for individuals without BPJS still use manual oret2 receipts.
- Frontliner team (receptionists, nurses, emergency room doctors) who should be more friendly and responsive to patients. Remember that clinics / health facilities are not just focused on looking for customers looking for profit. But should serve more from the heart because it involves one's soul.
Suggestion
Maybe the team needs to be given training or certification once in a while so that they can be more optimal in serving

β β β β β Saya ke ke klinik hari sabtu, tgl 8 jan 2022. Pukul 10.30.
Sy merasa kecewa dgn pelayanan disini.
Awal sy datang, di tempat pendaftaran petugas sibuk main Handphone, sampe sy hrs bbrp manggil.
Kemudian sy di suruh tunggu.
Bbrp menit gak ada panggilan, sedangkan antrian gk ada, krn pasien hnya sy aja.
Dan di ruang dokter terdengar bbrp orang sedang bercanda sambil tertawa keras sampai terdengar dr luar. Akhirnya sy nanya ke pendaftaran, apa msh ada pasien sehingga sy blm di panggil2,
Ternyta di dalam tdk ada pasien malah asik bercanda.
Bgm klu kondisi pasien dlm keadaan urgent klu pasien di suruh menunggu hnya krn mereka msh sibuk bercanda di ruang dokter?
Mohon diperbaiki pelayanan nya.
