★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost paling nyaman di daerah Jakarta Selatan menurut saya. Ibu kostnya baik banget kayak ibu sendiri, masih banyak pohon, teduh, pagi2 masih bisa ketemu embun, dan tidak bising kendaraaan karena berada di komplek perumahan. Parkiran mobil dan motor juga ada. Penjaga kostan always available 24 jam & CCTV. Dan yang penting, suasana warga sekitar yang sangat ramah dan guyub. Sangat langka ditemukan di Jakarta hari ini. Kost bersejarah untuk saya. Ketemu sama istri saya sekarang di kostan ini, tunangan, nikah dan hamil masih di kostan ini juga. Pas si kecil berumur beberapa minggu aja akhirnya harus meninggalkan tempat ini karena pindah ke rumah mertua, soalnya si kecil gak ada yang jagain. Maklum, saya sama istri sama2 bekerja soalnya. Hehe..
 In my opinion, the most comfortable boarding house in the South Jakarta area. The boarding house mother is very kind like her own mother, there are still lots of trees, shade, you can still find dew in the morning, and the vehicles are not noisy because they are in a housing complex. There are also car and motorbike parking lots. Boarding guard is always available 24 hours & CCTV. And most importantly, the atmosphere of the local people is very friendly and friendly. It is very rare to find in Jakarta today. Historic boarding house for me. I met my wife now at this boarding house, fiance, married and pregnant are still in this boarding house too. When my little one was just a few weeks old, he finally had to leave this place because he moved to the house of his in-laws, because the little one was not there to take care of him. Understandably, my wife and I work together. Hehe..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kos disini selama 1.5 tahun. Selama kos disini saya sangat merasa nyaman, saat pagi, udara sangat segar dan dingin karna dekat dg kebun binatang ragunan. Area kos juga tidak bising, sangat tenang. Parkiran luas, bisa bawa mobil dan motor tanpa charge tambahan. Pegawai kos sangat helpfull dapat membantu keperluan spt galon dll. Tersedia dapur bersama yg terbuka, jadi saat memasak tidak pengap dan panas. Harga per bulan 1.7 jt, token. Kamar sangat luas, jadi buat berdua atau suami istri bisa bgt. Happy sekali sempat tinggal disini :)
I lived here for 1.5 years. During the boarding house I felt very comfortable, in the morning, the air was very fresh and cold because it was close to the Ragunan Zoo. The boarding area is also not noisy, very quiet. Spacious parking, can bring cars and motorbikes without additional charge. The boarding staff is very helpful in helping with needs such as gallons etc. There is an open shared kitchen, so when cooking it is not stuffy and hot. Price per month 1.7 million, tokens. The room is very spacious, so for two or husband and wife it can be great. So happy to have lived here :)
