★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah tinggal disini hampir 4 tahun. Betah. Akses ke jalan besar dekat, tempat makan banyak. Harganya busa dibilang murah untuk area dekat jalan besar. Dan tidak pernah naik harga seperti kosan lain. Kamar 3x4m. Ada pilihan kamar mandi dalam atau luar.
Have lived here for almost 4 years. Betah Access to major roads close by, many eating places. The price is arguably cheap for areas near major roads. And it never goes up in price like other boarding houses. Room 3x4m. There is a choice of bathroom inside or outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan yang asik banget lokasinya, strategis dan banyak akses kendaraan kemana-mana. Selain itu banyak pilihan makanan juga ketika lapar, baik kaki lima maupun yang agak mewah.
Walaupun dekat dengan akses tol becak kayu, tapi tidak bising ketika malam. Bangunan cukup bagus untuk menyaring suara dari luar.
Area kosan dilengkapi CCTV, jadi aman dari tindak kejahatan pencurian, tapi dari situ justru membuat penghuni merasa was was ketika bawa teman main sekedar berkunjung.
Very cool location, strategic and lots of vehicle access everywhere. Besides that, there are also many choices of food when hungry, both sidewalk and rather fancy.
Even though it is close to the wooden pedicab toll access, it is not noisy at night. The building is good enough to filter out sounds from outside.
The boarding area is equipped with CCTV, so it is safe from a crime of theft, but from there it makes residents feel it was when they brought friends to just visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudah dijangkau, dekat halte busway, rumah sakit harum, supermarket dan tol, dekat dari jalan besar tapi tidak bising. Tempat nyaman. Kamar mandi yg diluar agak kotor. Harga cukup murah.
Easy to reach, near busway stops, fragrant hospitals, supermarkets and tolls, close to major but not noisy roads. Comfortable place. The bathroom outside is rather dirty. Prices are quite cheap.
