The rooms are very small and have minimal air circulation. The insulation only uses plywood and is not clean.

Dekat dengan berbagai toko sembako, warung makan, dll. Fasilitasnya yang diberikan cukup untuk para perantau / mahasiswa. Pemilik kos cukup ramah ? Semoga fasilitas kamar kos terus di perbaiki kedepannya, agar para penghuni semakin nyaman.
Cheap boarding house located at Jalan Delima Raya No 71 Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. Close to various transportation accesses such as city transportation (mikrolet), toll entrances, etc. Close to various grocery stores, food stalls, etc. The facilities provided are sufficient for migrants / students. The boarding house owner is quite friendly ? Hopefully the boarding house facilities will continue to be improved in the future, so that the residents will be more comfortable.
