★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ngekos paling nyaman. Udah ngekos di sini hampir 3 tahun. Fasilitasnya lengkap, mulai dari listrik, wifi, air minum, kamar mandi dalam, ada dapur, air, dan nggak kosongan (meja, kursi, lemari, dan tempat tidur).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos Putri ini terletak di dekat pusat kampus UGM sayap timur. Dekat dengan akses tempat makan, belanja, laundry, print, fotocopy, dan sangat dekat dengan masjid. Walaupun letaknya sangat dekat dengan Jl Kaliurang, tapi tidak bising dan suasananya cocok untuk belajar mahasiswa.
Mempunyai akses air bersih yang lancar dan full wifi selama 24 jam, kos ini memiliki 4 lantai, tiap lantai punya 2 tipe kamar. Tipe pertama, bisa diisi dua orang dengan fasilitas yaitu 2 kasur spring bed atau busa ukuran singel, 2 meja dan kursi, 1 lemari 3 pintu atau 2 lemari 2 pintu, kamar mandi dalam (shower air biasa, ember besar sebagai bak air, kloset duduk), dan AC khusus untuk lantai 1. Tipe kedua, untuk satu orang dengan fasilitas yaitu 1 kasur spring bed atau busa ukuran singel, 1 meja dan kursi, 1 lemari, kamar mandi dalam (shower air biasa, ember besar sebagai bak air, kloset duduk), dan AC untuk lantai 1. Harga tipe pertama adalah 1,4 juta per bulan, harga tipe kedua adalah 900 ribu per bulan (bayar langsung setahun bisa dapat diskon).
Fasilitas umumnya terdapat dapur umum di tiap lantai, kulkas 2 pintu di tiap lantai, tersedia galon air mineral di tiap lantai, koridor yang cukup luas, tempat jemur di lantai 1 dan 4, ruang tamu+ruang tv dilantai 1. Terdapat pula tempat parkir motor split (panjang tapi lebarnya kecil).
Sebagai tambahan, kos ini memiliki cctv di area parkir, lantai 1, dan lantai 2. Kebersihan dikos ini juga sangat terjaga karena selalu dibersihkan tiap pagi :)
Kos Putri is located near the center of UGM's east wing campus. Close to access to places to eat, shop, laundry, print, copy, and very close to the mosque. Although it is located very close to Jl Kaliurang, it is not noisy and the atmosphere is suitable for student learning.
Having smooth access to clean water and full wifi for 24 hours, this boarding has 4 floors, each floor has 2 types of rooms. The first type, can be filled with two people with facilities namely 2 mattresses spring bed or single size foam, 2 tables and chairs, 1 3-door wardrobe or 2 2-door cabinets, an en suite bathroom (ordinary water shower, large bucket as a water bath, toilet seat ), and special air conditioning for the 1st floor. The second type, for one person with facilities namely 1 mattress spring bed or single size foam, 1 table and chair, 1 cupboard, an en suite bathroom (ordinary water shower, large bucket as a water bath, toilet sitting), and AC for the 1st floor. The price of the first type is 1.4 million per month, the price of the second type is 900 thousand per month (direct pay for a year can be discounted).
Facilities generally have a common kitchen on each floor, a 2-door refrigerator on each floor, available gallons of mineral water on each floor, a fairly wide corridor, a drying place on the 1st and 4th floors, a living room + a TV room on the floor 1. There is also a motorbike parking area split (long but small in width).
In addition, this boarding has CCTV in the parking area, 1st floor and 2nd floor. The cleanliness of this station is also very well maintained because it is always cleaned every morning :)

Comfortable boarding house for girls, consisting of 4 floors. Location on the UGM West Jakarta campus. Limited car park, plenty of motorbikes. Wifi facilities, aqua gallon water, cupboards, study tables, beds and baths inside.
