Ada kamar mandi dalam dan kamarnya cukup luas dibandingkan kos lain dengan range harga yang sama, disediakan air galon untuk minum, listrik dan wifi pun tidak bayar lagi. Ada yang AC maupun yang non AC. Dapur umum dan kulkas pun disediakan semua sudah komplit

There is an en suite bathroom and the room is quite spacious compared to other boarding houses with the same price range, gallons of water are provided for drinking, electricity and wifi are not paid anymore. There are AC and non-AC. Communal kitchen and refrigerator are also provided, everything is complete
