Complete facilities! Private bathroom, mattress, cupboard, study table, glass, WiFi, shared kitchen, shared refrigerator, shared TV, drying area, free drinking water, garden, discussion area, and CCTV cameras at 16 points. Total 60 rooms. Costs do not include electricity (depending on the electronics that are brought).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dulu temen kost disini dan ku suka nginep disini. lingkungan diluar kosan bersih, didalam kosan pun bersih. kue buatan bibi kosan enak. kamar cukup luas, bisa lah buat nginep ber3. kamar mandi dalam, air bagus. pencahayaan bagus, ventilasi bagus. tamu cowo ga boleh masuk ke area kosan, cuma bisa sampai parkiran (disediain kursi)

I used to be a boarding friend here and I like to stay here. the environment outside the boarding house is clean, inside the boarding house is clean. Auntie's cake is delicious. the room is quite spacious, it can be used for 3 people to stay. en suite bathroom, good water. good lighting, good ventilation. male guests are not allowed to enter the boarding area, they can only reach the parking lot (seats are provided)

gallon water is available hot & cold, there is a refrigerator, fast wifi.
