★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dekat dengan UI bagi yang kuliah di Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan dan FMIPA. Cukup bersih, tapi bisa lebih ditingkatkan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin dari sekian anak kos saya adalah penghuni paling lama di kos pondok dara yaitu 10th....hehehheheh...
Saya sangat merasa nyaman sekali tinggal di kosan ini. Banyak cerita dan pengalaman. Klau buat anak2 FKM, Keerawatan or MIPA dan Kedokteran ya paling strategis ngekos di pondok dara. Temen2nya banyak lhooo.... Ibu kos dan penjaga kos nya sangat baik :) #miss U pondok dara
Maybe out of all the children in my boarding house, I was the longest resident in the Pondok Dara boarding house, which was 10 years....hehehheheh...
I feel very comfortable living in this boarding house. Lots of stories and experiences. If it's for FKM, Nursing or MIPA and Medicine children, it's most strategic to stay in Pondok Dara. There are a lot of friends, you know.... The boarding house and the boarding house keepers are very good :) #miss U Pondok Dara

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cocok untuk anak ui terutama fakultas yang deket stasiun pocin seperti RIK, FMIPA, FKM. Aksesibilitasnya juga bagus dekat stasiun jadi kalau pulang ke kosan hari minggu ga perlu naik ojek, tinggal jl kaki dari st pocin, dekat juga dengan jalan margonda, jadi kalau mau belanja di detos/margo tinggal jalan kaki. Kosannya nyaman, bersih dan banyak tempat untuk jemur. Kamarnya banyak
Suitable for students of UI especially faculties that are close to POCIN stations such as RIK, FMIPA, FKM. The accessibility is also good near the station so if you go home to Sunday, you don't need to take an ojek, you only need to walk from St Pocin, close to the Margonda road, so if you want to shop at Detos / Margo, just walk. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost Ngkong Pondok Dara "PonDar" sesuai namanya kost khusus putri. Kost ini dekat denga kampus UI, Poltek n Gunadarma. Dekat juga dengan Stasiun PondokCina, Mal Detos dan Margocity. Kost Pondar ada ibu kostnya, ada jam malamnya juga. Klo pulang telat harus izin ato info yaaa ke art Pondar supaya nggak dikunciin pintu. Semuanya baik n ramah loh Kamar di Pondar ada bberapa type. Kamar berAC, non Ac, kamar mandi dalam dan kamar mandi luar. Ada juga kamar di rumah tipe 36 dengan 3 kamar tidur , 1 kamar mandi, dapur dan ruang tamu. Fasilitas yang ada di Pondar al: Tempat tidur Lemari Meja belajar n kursi air n listrik Fasilitas Umumnya: ruang wifi n ruang TV Fasilitas berbayar al. Loundry n kantin. ?????
Boarding House Ngkong Pondok Dara "PonDar" as the name implies a special boarding daughter. This boarding house is close to the UI campus, Poltek n Gunadarma. Also close to PondokCina Station, Detos Mall and Margocity. Pondar Boarding has a boarding mother, and there is a curfew too. If you go home late, you need permission or information to the Pondar art so the door isn't locked. Everything is good and friendly. There are several types in Pondar. Air-conditioned rooms, non AC, indoor and outdoor bathrooms. There are also rooms in house type 36 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Facilities at Pondar al: Bed Wardrobe Study desk n chair water n electricity General facilities: wifi room n TV room Paying facilities al. Loundry n cafeteria. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are in various conditions. I saw upstairs (very hot) & downstairs (cockroaches). Conditions are substandard, but location is strategic (near train station, main road, mall, eatery, university entrance), rent price is IDR 900k/month (non AC).
