★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk para calon mahasiswi yang akan melanjutkan studi S1 di Jogja, khususnya yang akan kuliah di daerah Jln. Afandi (Gejayan) dan sekitarnya, ini adalah kost yg sangat-sangat saya rekomendasikan. Kamar yg luas, tersedia kasur, meja, lemari pakaian yg sekaligus menjadi tempat tidur, sambungn wi-fi, kamar mandi dalam. Tentunya suasana kost yg bersih dan nyaman. (Bapak dan Ibu kostnya Rock n Roll, alias Santuyyy cuyyy!)
 For prospective students who will continue their undergraduate studies in Jogja, especially those who will study in the Jln. Afandi (Gejayan) and its surroundings, this is a boarding house that I highly recommend. Spacious room, available mattress, table, wardrobe which is also a bed, wi-fi connection, private bathroom. Of course, the boarding house atmosphere is clean and comfortable. (Mr and Mrs Rock n Roll boarding house, aka Santuyyy cuyyy!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayan sangat bagus, nyaman, bersih, luas, furnitur baru, gaada jam malam, ada cctv dan penjaga 24 jam. Pemilik dan penjaga kos dua duanya baik dan responsif.
Boleh pelihara hewan jugaa, tp syukur tetap bersih kok lingkungannya
Mantap deh, udh hampir 2 tahun disini betah hehe
The maids are very nice, comfortable, clean, spacious, new furniture, no curfew, there is CCTV and 24 hour guard. The owner and boarding house keeper were both kind and responsive.
You can raise animals too, but thankfully the environment is still clean
It's great, it's been almost 2 years here, feel at home hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost Putri yg memenuhi standart kesehatan saat pandemi kamar langsung berhadapan dng ruangan terbuka sehingga penghuni bisa menikmati udara dan cahaya dari luar…halaman luas…fasilitas bagus…
Putri's boarding house that meets health standards during a pandemic, the rooms are directly opposite an open room so residents can enjoy the air and light from outside… wide yard… good facilities…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall si bagus layak bersih, tapi untuk penjaganya terkesan kasar dan tidak sopan, saat melebihi jam malam, jika bukan penghuni kosan, walau saudara atau teman, bakal diusir, dengan cara yang bisa dibilang kurang sopan juga. Digedor dan dimarahin misal
Overall, the good one deserves to be clean, but the guards seem rude and disrespectful, when they exceed the curfew, if they are not residents of the boarding house, even if they are relatives or friends, they will be expelled, in a way that can be considered impolite too. Banged and scolded for example

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nya enak dan nyaman tempatnya juga oke, tapi sayang penjaga kosan nya engga sopan kalo sudah jam malam bisa dikasih tau baik baik engga gedor" pintu kasar kaya mau ngajak berantem.
Bikin kaget dan kebangun dikira ada apa tolong dijaga attitude nya?
The boarding house is nice and comfortable, the place is okay too, but unfortunately the boarding house guard is not polite, if it's curfew, you can be informed properly and not banging on the rough door like wanting to invite a fight.
It makes you shocked and wakes up thinking what's wrong, please keep your attitude ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ setahun ngekos disini&nyaman, pemiliknya ramah bgtt tapi penjaganya kdg suka cuek lihat tamu/ kluarga sndiri yg dtg wkwk.
I've been living here for a year & it's comfortable, the owner is very friendly but the caretaker sometimes likes to ignore his own guests/family who come.
