★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setahun ngekos di sini. Pilihan tipe kamarnya sangat variatif mulai dari 300an sampek 1jutaan dengan fasilitas yang oke banget. Untuk dapur bersama bahkan disediakan 2 kulkas besar. Lingkungan kos juga bersih karena ada yang jaga kos juga. Ada pendopo (juga ada TV yang besar) yang luas dan biasanya dijadikan tempat kumpul sama temen-temennya anak kos. Owner nya sendiri sangat baik dan komunikatif. Lokasi kos putri ini strategis di tengah kota Jogja. Ke Malioboro juga sangat dekat. Cocok buat yang masih sekolah ataupun yang lagi kerja. Intinya ngekos di sini bener-bener nyaman sih. ✨

There is a pavilion (there is also a large TV) which is spacious and is usually used as a gathering place for the boarding house's friends. The owner himself is very kind and communicative. The location of this princess boarding house is strategically located in the middle of the city of Yogyakarta. Malioboro is also very close. Suitable for those who are still in school or those who are working. The point is that staying here is really comfortable. ️

flashback awal kali pertama liat kost ini dari luar tu serem si? tapi pas masuk wahhh?seperti surga yang tersembunyi, dapet kost yang murah daerah tengah kota itu bener-bener istimewa loh, bisa liat sunset juga. Kosnya nyaman, bersih banget, dapur nya bersih, ada kulkasnya juga, tmpt parkirnya luas, pokoknya the best sii hehe jadi pengin tanam saham disana?

The first flashback when I saw this boarding house from the outside was scary but when I entered, wow ? like a hidden paradise, getting a cheap boarding house in the middle of the city is really special, you can see the sunset too. The boarding house is comfortable, very clean, the kitchen is clean, there is a refrigerator too, the parking lot is spacious, just the best, hehe, so I want to plant stocks there

Ada penjaga 2 orang jadi ciwi2 lebih tenang. Tiap masuk ke kost langsung sejuk dan tenang (bener2 ga brisik kyk diluar)
Kamarnya legaaa, kamar mandinya bahaya (bikin nyaman soalnya ? jd betah lama2)
Fasilitas? Dapur umum, kulkas 2 gede2, parkiran luas pol, ada pendopo gede bgt sekalian ada tv nya, mushola pun ada, CCTV aman. Masalah harga jujur sungguh2 affordable ????
Dahlah paket komplit, mau nanya apalagi? Nanya langsung ke owner aja deh, ramah soalnya ?

There are 2 guards so ciwi2 are calmer. Every time you enter the boarding house it's immediately cool and calm (it's really not noisy like outside)
The room is spacious, the bathroom is dangerous (it makes it comfortable because it makes you feel at home for a long time)
Facility? Public kitchen, 2 large refrigerators, spacious parking lot, there is a big pavilion with TV, there is also a prayer room, CCTV is safe. The problem of honest prices is really affordable
It's a complete package, what else do you want to ask? Just ask the owner directly, it's friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is quite tidy and clean. there are 2 guards (middle aged man and quite old ones). the place is near to many major landmarks in Yogyakarta such as Malioboro, Kraton, and Tamansari. However, the kitchen is quite dirty maybe only because there are too many occupants residing in the dormitory. I highly recommend this place for girls who are seeking for temporary stays near Kraton.
