★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kosan yg dijamin pasti pada betah dengan keramahan ibu dan bapak kosnya, ditambah dengan lingkungan sekitar yg sangat komplit untuk menjamin kebutuhan sehari-hari mahasiswa. Dulu nge-kos disni tahun 2011-2015, tentu dengan fasilitas dan kondisi yg belum seciamik sekarang. Tapi dari dulu ibu dan bapak kos selalu memperhatikan anak2 kosannya dan kondisi kosannya. Buat mahasiswa teknik UGM, kosan ini pasti jadi idola karena sangat super dekat dengan kampus.
 A boarding house that is guaranteed to be at home with the friendliness of the boarding house mother and father, coupled with a very complete surrounding environment to ensure the daily needs of students. I used to boarding houses here in 2011-2015, of course with the facilities and conditions that were not as good as now. But from the beginning the boarding house mother and father always pay attention to the boarding house children and the boarding house conditions. For UGM engineering students, this boarding house must be an idol because it is very close to the campus.

- Parkiran luas
- Keamanan sangat baik
- Dekat kampus UGM , tempat makan, laundry ,fotocopy
- ibu & bapak kos sangat baik. Kalau ada trouble langsung dibenerin
- Kondisi kamar sangat baik ( sirkulasi udara, pencahayaan, kamar mandi dalam & luar bersih, dll )
- Kebersihan area kos sangat dijaga ( setiap hari disapu & pel )
- Tempat jemuran ( tertutup & terbuka )
- WiFi ngebut
From new students to graduation, the boarding houses here feel at home not moving

- the mother & father of the boarding house are very kind. If there is a trouble it will be immediately corrected
- Room conditions are very good (air circulation, lighting, clean indoor & outdoor bathrooms, etc.)
- The cleanliness of the boarding house is very maintained (every day it is swept & mopped)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos putra yang lokasinya strategis banget. Dekat dengan kampus UGM (Teknik) dan masjid. Ada wifi untuk mengerjakan tugas dan disediakan tempat parkir untuk mobil juga. Bapak-ibu kos yg menjaga juga ramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah kost disini 2016-2019. Kostnya bagus, nyaman. Wifi kenceng. Parkiran motor aman. Bawa mobil juga bisa pulak. Kostnya bersih, nyaman. Ke UGM UNY deket. Lokasi strategis. Deket sama masjid, jdi lebih religius. Depan kost jalan teknika selatan (jalan besar akses mudah). Bapak kost ramah. Bagus banget pokoknya
I once boarded here 2016-2019. Good boarding, comfortable. Fast wifi. Safe motorcycle parking. You can also bring a car. The boarding house is clean, comfortable. Close to UGM, UNY. Strategic location. Close to the mosque, so it is more religious. In front of the south technical road boarding house (easy access main road). The boarding house is friendly. Really good anyway
