★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kos yg nyaman ada AC, lemari kecil, spring bed single, kamar mandi dalam. parkir mobil bisa buat 6 mobil. Lingkungan tenang gk berisik.
Cozy boarding houses have air conditioning, small closets, single bed spring, ensuite bathroom. car park can make 6 cars. Quiet environment not noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice kost with afforable price. This kost has 2 type of room: standar (IDR 800k) & lux (IDR 1.2m). I rent the standar room which is good for daily activities as a worker/staff.
All type of room have AC, in-room bathroom, bed, and cupboard, with pre-paid electricity and motorcycle parking area. The lux room has parking area for car also. This kost also has CCTV for safety purpose.
If you have any question, just ask Bu Bandung and she will explain everything until you deal to rent this kost :)
