★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a nightmare. Everything there goes wrong.
It started from the first moment before I even stepped into the hotel. The car call guy who took the car to park it doesn't know how to drive. I had to go downstairs to do it.
In the room,internet wasn't working,phone wasn't working and the mini fridge wasn't working. We asked to move to another room.
Internet there is very very bad. The staff who work there is just a disaster. They have no idea what it means to work in a hotel. They are very unprofessional,very inexperienced and too slow.
They are not rude but they are not friendly.
They managed to turn the three days of relaxation I was hoping for to a nightmare.
I'm writing this from there now. I still have to stay one more night in this place.
So frustrated and so disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For short stay i thought this hotel would be nice, service good, although during my stay we found some minor dirt issues in the bathroom and they fix it immediately. On weekend have breakfast here so crowded even some table on dining area weren't well manage.

It has strong WiFi and it's there on the table for the router. Wonderful.
The management is good so far.. but it seems my complaint didn't have clear follow up from the team there about AC.
So far, its recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the umpteenth time I have stayed here, the atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, and the service of the staff is very good. The facilities are also excellent, the location is close to the culinary center and a hangout place for young children.
The location is very strategic, close to fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, banks, mini markets, Resinda mall, swimming pools, coffee shops, and many other places to eat. It is suitable for those of you who like to go on a culinary tour while vlogging.
Very strategic, the main reason I chose this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfy hotel not so far from West Karawang Toll Road access. Reservation being done from application and got better fare. This is first time I stayed in this hotel and everything seems as per expected. The room was clean, amenities were OK. Breakfast was quite complete though the omelette section were opened quite late. In summary: recommended
