β β β β β I stayed in this hotel during my quarantine. It was a big mistake I must say. I have chosen it only because 5 others I contacted were fully booked on my dates. Details:
1. The room was spacious with a big window hiwever the odour of cigarrets was unbareable ? I was promissed to be given another room after the first night but it never happened. The receptionist never called back and despite my questions I wasn't given another room.
2. The curtains looked like they have never were washed, full of stains. I was disgusted to touch them every day.
3. The food was the worse part of the stay. It was arriving cold and very very monotone! Always the same and very greasy. It was the worse food I ever ate in my life! In result I barely ate there. I called the reception every day and asked to put my food into the microwave. The staff reacted very slow. They turned up usually after 1h and at least after my 3 calls. I have asked for hotel menu to order from but they said there is no menu only 4 dishes I can order such as mie goreng or nasi goreng. No fruit salad, no muesli option, nothing! I was really willing to pay for it but this hotel doesn't offer any contemporary option. Also, after my first day the coffee beans run out and in result I couldn't order my coffee for 3 days. The staff refused to order the beans from a shop for me which I was willing to pay for.
4. AC: very very cold! I was wearing warm jumper all the time!
5. Loundry: this was the only positive aspect of the stay. The laundry was taken every day and returned late evening clean and ironed!
6. Cleanness: very dirty overally. Smelly and stained towels, bedsheets and curtains. The lobby and entrance of the hotel, coridors look horrible with dust and rubbish on it. All corridors smell of cigarrets ?
This hotel shouldn't be offerred for a quarantine stay really. Very disappointing. Made me cry and I felt like in a prison.

β β β β β The main attraction of this hotel are the staff hospitality and willingness to help when needed.
The room is kept clean and comfortable to rest. Especially given special large rooms.

β β β β β I stayed in this hotel for my quarantine for 8 days and the service is ok. Here's some highlights of my stay:
1. Airport pick-up was smooth. The pick-up person (Mr. Ajat) is super friendly, welcoming, and punctual. He asked for my passport and helped me with my luggages to the car.
2. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist handled my documents. I was told that my passport will be returned at the end of the quarantine day. (Don't forget to ask for the passport receipt just in case!)
3. The staff were not very attentive and initiative. I had to ask them to help me with the luggages when going to my room.
4. The room is very spacious and comfortable with huge window (Nice view of Jakarta). There were stains on the bed sheet and pillows. The window is quite dusty too.
5. The bathroom is quite nice. They also offered comb, sanitary products, shaving cream, etc. However, the water from the shower is so slow and the towels provided were dirty and had black stains on them. (Pro tip: bring your own towel!)
6. Laundry service was okay but very slow (I had to call twice to make sure that my clothes were in good hands) Usually, my laundry arrived at around 22h-23h.
7. Room service for water is fast. I call the receptionist a lot and they will bring it to you in 10-20minutes. However, the staff never informed us back when they told us that they would. I asked about the laundry to the receptionist and she said she would inform me back (Which she never did).
8. At first, the food was bad. The rice was uncooked, the chicken was so small and the menu was monotone. On the third day, they did not deliver my lunch until I asked them twice. It arrived almost at 16h. After giving them some inputs, the F&B Manager contacted and promised me that he will monitor the food quality. It was going well for the nice two days but on the third day, the quality started to decrease again.
To conclude, there is still a lot of room for improvement on the catering, service, and cleanliness. It would be much appreciated if the staff could monitor on the cleanliness of the room, the quality of the catering food, and be more attentive to the guests.

β β β β β The location is ok. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Only the way to go to the hotel is kind of confusing. First time to check in and we are in wrong way, luckily has one staff who explain it how to get to hotel lobby. And different floor between hotel & mall also make us confused a little bit. Need more staffs to take care of restaurant during breakfast hectic hours. A lot of meals, drinks, coffee, are not refilled, and dirty dishes are in tables that no staffs cleaning it.

β β β β β The hotel exceeded my expectation. Check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and decent. The walls are quite thin though, could hear the neighbor talking. The staff was responsive, we asked for another towel (was only provided 1 in the room) and also asked for another blanket (apparently they put on the smaller size blanket on our bed), they responded quickly. Bathroom was clean too. I would say this is def worth every penny. We came to stay because we needed the wifi so it was a short stay, we didnt even have the hotel breakfast.

We have absolutely loved stay at the Holiday inn. The hotel is comfortable and the rooms feel like a home more than a hotel room. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and seem to think of absolutely everything. I would highly recommend a stay here.

β β β β β I stayed at IHG Pluit and this is the second time. IHG Pluit is good value, in a good location, with great service. I was lucky enough to meet Joshua, the amazing receptionist at the front desk. Breakfast at this hotel is plentiful and varied. There was hot and cold food, fresh fruit and cereal. I have recommended this hotel to friends and would happily recommend staying here for anyone looking for a hotel near the mall with great service.

β β β β β The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was excellent. There was just one towel and one slipper, but when i asked to add one more, they were super quick to handle my request and the additional towel was warm, love it. Breakfast was quite good beside the milk, ice was melting inside the container, so i can't really taste the milk. One thing i might add, there was housekeeper that knocked in the morning to clean my room, while i still sleep they were knocking and i realized half-awake that they were trying to open my room with their access card, i suddenly woke up from the bed and closed the door immediately because i was shocked. Maybe for the next time, they can call instead of just barged in the unresponsive room. That was the only thing that makes quite unpleased
