★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas wifi, kamar mandi dalam, dan CCTV...tidak ada dapur umum, kulkas bersama atau Dispenser bersama, tidak juga menyediakan fasilitas cuci harian, jadi kalau buat yg mau laundry bisa cari disekitaran mampang IV,
namun yang disayangkan hanya ada di dalam gang kecil..agak menyulitkan kalau mau pindah..
Dekat dengan halte busway mampang..walau digang kecil untuk jalan kaki keluar gang juga tidak terlalu jauh...namun kalau cari makan harus punya motor bisa cari ke mampang 4 atau pesan via OJOL..
Bagi para tamu yang mau berkunjung sangat tidak disarankan membawa kendaraan bermotor, karena parkir terbatas hanya untuk mereka yg ngekost..selain itu parkiran disini tidak luas, kalau penuh penghuni kost tidak ada space untuk parkiran motor mereka.
The boarding house is equipped with wifi facilities, private bathrooms, and CCTV ... there is no public kitchen, shared refrigerator or shared dispenser, does not also provide daily washing facilities, so if you want laundry, you can look around Mampang IV,
but unfortunately it's only in a small alley.. it's a bit difficult if you want to move..
It's close to the Mampang busway stop.. even though it's a small alley to walk out of the alley, it's not too far away... but if you're looking for food, you have to have a motorbike, you can go to Mampang 4 or order via OJOL..
For guests who want to visit, it is not recommended to bring a motorized vehicle, because parking is limited only for those who are boarding.. Besides that, the parking lot here is not wide, if the boarding house is full there is no space for parking their motorbikes.
