★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pernah kost disini waktu pertama kali pindah kerja ke Jakarta awal tahun 2013.. harganya bersahabat, dan dekat ke kantor yg lama di Kuningan.
 I was boarding here when I first moved to Jakarta in early 2013 .. the price is friendly, and it is close to the old office in Kuningan.

Old friend's boarding house. Access through a fairly small alley. The place is quite nice, clean & neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walau masuk gang kecil, lokasi berada di pusat jakarta. Harga reasonable. Pengurus kos ramah. Air bersih. Pemakaian listrik dibatasi. Ukuran kamar standar menuju kecil dengan kamar mandi di dalam. Disediakan kulkas bersama. Ada dapur umumnya juga, hanya perlu sedikit bantu beli gas. Hanya tersedia parkiran motor dan sangat terbatas. Lingkungan sekitar agak sedikit kumuh. Dekat masjid. Jika mau sedikit berjalan kaki, bisa dengan mudah akses ke supermarket, halte busway, pasar tradisional.
Even though it's in a small alley, the location is in the center of Jakarta. Prices are reasonable. Friendly cost manager. Clean water. The use of electricity is limited. Standard room size towards small with en-suite bathroom. A shared refrigerator is provided. There is a general kitchen too, just need a little help buying gas. Only motorbike parking is available and it is very limited. The neighborhood is a bit rundown. Near the mosque. If you want to walk a bit, you can easily access supermarkets, busway stops, traditional markets.
