★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman, dekat dengan Kampus UI, dan kawasan sekitarnya cukup damai atau tenteram. Kekurangannya adalah agak jauh dari stasiun serta SPBU. Penjaga kos kurang bersahabat.
The place is comfortable, close to the UI Campus, and the surrounding area is quite peaceful or serene. The drawback is a bit far from the station and the gas station. Boarding house guards are not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kos2an enak buat budget tipis. ventilasi enak, kamar mandi dalem, nambah 50k dapet wifi kenceng. ada jam malam (12 malem) tapi masih bisa keluar masuk. santuy.
nice boarding house for a thin budget. good ventilation, bathroom inside, add 50k to get fast wifi. there is a curfew (12 pm) but still can go in and out. santuy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos yang begitu 'feels like home', lobby tengah bikin interaksi begitu hidup sehingga sering terjadi diskusi lintas disiplin ilmu & sharing pengalaman, penghuninya guyub sekali (saking guyubnya ada stand wisudaan basis kosan), wifi kencang mau akses apapun, harga terjangkau, kamar mandi dalam, lokasi cukup strategis 3 menit jalan kaki ke pintu UI.
Last but not least, penghuni kamar no.1 a.k.a DANI adl panutan semua penghuni
Kos is so 'feels like home', the lobby is making the interaction so lively that there are frequent interdisciplinary discussions & sharing of experiences, the residents are very happy (there are so many booths for boarding houses), fast wifi to access anything, affordable prices, bathrooms inside, the location is quite strategic 3 minutes walk to the UI door.
Last but not least, residents of room No. 1 a.k.a DANI is a role model for all residents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kost yang nyaman dan ideal untuk mahasiswa yang pengin kostan agak murah tapi fasilitas oke. Perbulan 600k + wifi 60k, udh include air, listrik, dapur umum, kamar mandi dalam. ada biaya tambahan kalo bawa elektronik kek rice cooker, setrika dll. Ibu kost nya ramah. Akses 24 jam. Kalo malem biasanya pada kumpul di lobby. Ngobrol, nobar. Rekomended lah bre !
A comfortable and ideal boarding house for students who want a rather cheap boarding house but the facilities are okay. 600k per month + 60k wifi, already includes water, electricity, public kitchen, private bathroom. there is an additional fee if you bring electronics, such as a rice cooker, iron, etc. The boarding house is friendly. 24 hour access. At night, they usually gather in the lobby. Chat, nobar. Recommended bro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and style of overall building is minimalist. Minimax coloured with vibrant colors like white and light green. I feel vibrant too since I moved to Minimax.
Facilities are good though. There's an open kitchen for all inhabitants, a lobby whicgc we can gather together while watching TV or playing Mobile Legend. There are several routers too. You could and able to catch all the connection here.
Folks here are so nice. We care one another. Play around together, make a discussion, and even want to go to mountain, but we don't know when we will do it.
This is the last, but not the least. The safety here is so high. That's why I love Minimax so much. We never lost our goods, even when we left it around, or forget to lock our room's door. So, do not hesitate to live in Minimax.
