★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi cuma bisa untuk satu device, tapi buat streaming ngelagnya ampuuun. Kurang worthy untuk harga sewa kosannya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terdiri dari lantai basemen,1,2,3,4. tinggi dan luas. kamarnya untuk kos di sekitar kutek termasuk luas. dekat sekali dengan gerbang kutek jalan gak sampe 1 menit. harga range 1.6-1.8 tergantung lantai berapa, dan lama menyewa. hanya laki2 saja. semua kamar kos identik. mungkin hanya sedikit perbedaan di jendela masing2 kamar, hadapnya kemana, kalau di basemen dulu saya tidak ada jendela hadap luar
(-) wifi cuma 1 device, dan gak terlalu kencang. Untuk browsing lancar, cuma untuk streaming diatas 480P lambat dan download nya kecepatan sekitar 100kbps
(-) waktu saya di basemen, lembab. setelah 1 bulan ditinggal (libur) balik2 baju dalam lemari sudah basah
