★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjaga kos berisik banget ga tau diri, kotor, cucian hilang mulu, kecoa dimana-mana. Mahal pula, mending cari kos lain.
The boarding guards are very noisy, they don't know themselves, it's dirty, the laundry is gone, cockroaches everywhere. Also expensive, it's better to look for another boarding house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ memang lebih murah dibandingkan yang lain, tetapi sangat tidak worth it. Banyak hal-hal kecil yang harus dibayarkan, kerusakan lampu, remote Ac, hingga biaya cuci AC wajib dua bulan sekali dibebankan ke penghuni. Belum lagi tidak adanya sinyal di dalam kamar dan siap-siap saja baju akan bertuliskan nomor kamar dengan spidol.
it's cheaper than others, but it's not worth it. Lots of little things to pay for, damage to the lights, remote AC, until the cost of AC washing is required to be charged to residents every two months. Not to mention the absence of a signal in the room and the clothes ready will read the room number with a marker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelebihan : kos ini emang kamarnya luas dan lapang utk seukuran kos, kamar mandi luar, dan tempat jemurannya gede.
Kelemahan : penjaga kos terlalu judes dan kurang ramah, bayar kos harus tepat waktu ga boleh telat, dan wifi kadang lemot.
Pros: this boarding house is indeed a spacious and spacious room for the size of a boarding house, an outside bathroom, and a big clothesline.
Weaknesses: the boarding housekeeper is too harsh and unfriendly, paying for the boarding house must be on time, it can't be late, and the wifi is sometimes slow.

Kamarnya nyaman, parkiran aman untuk motor, fasilitas di kamar cukup lengkap, bersih, ada dapur bersama yang lengkap juga peralatannya
Minus :
Penghuni banyak yang berisik sampai subuh, komplain ke penjaga kos juga tidak digubris, banyak juga penghuni lain yang gatau diri (kebanyakan cewe) yang masak dan pakai dapur sampe berjam-jam dan penjaga kos malah cuek-cuek aja. Wifi lemot dan harus bawa router sendiri, biaya servis dan bersihin ac wajib dari penghuni, untuk kamar di lantai 1 jangan harap dapat sinyal dan sinar matahari, dan kalo mau pindah siap-siap aja bayar denda (apalagi kalo pindahnya ga notice dulu 1 bulan sebelumnya)
Pluses:
The rooms are comfortable, parking is safe for motorbikes, the facilities in the rooms are quite complete, clean, there is a shared kitchen complete with equipment
Cons:
Many residents are noisy until dawn, complaints to the boarding housekeeper are also ignored, many other residents are ignorant (mostly girls) who cook and use the kitchen for hours and the boarding housekeepers are even indifferent. Wifi is slow and you have to bring your own router, service fees and cleaning ac are mandatory from residents, for rooms on the 1st floor don't expect to get a signal and sunlight, and if you want to move get ready to pay a fine (especially if you don't move 1 month before) )
