★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kondisi ruangan kurang cahaya matahari, furniture sdh agak tua, byk binatang dikmr mandi, dan agak berbau, pengembalian uang admin ribet. Lokasi ok dekat kampus, tp msh byk tempat kost lai n di sekitar, better cari di tempat lain jika mau dekat2 binus.
 The condition of the room lacks sunlight, the furniture is a bit old, there are many animals in the bathroom, and it smells a bit, admin refunds are complicated. The location is ok near campus, but there are still many other boarding places around, better look elsewhere if you want to be close to Binus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjaganya ramah, dan kadang2 mau bantuin parkir atau angkat barang. Ga ribet dan ga terlalu ketat. Tempatnya juga bersih, kamar dibersihkan tiap 2x sebulan. Kecuali harganya yg tbtb naik 100rb pdhl belom lagi bayar listrik T.T. Dapur kadang bau dari westafel.
The guards are friendly, and sometimes want to help with parking or lifting items. Not complicated and not too tight. The place is also clean, rooms are cleaned every 2x a month. Unless the price has increased by 100 thousand pdhl, I have not yet paid for T.T.'s electricity. The kitchen smells like a sink sometimes.

untuk fasilitas nya bagus banget, air bersih, kos nya nyaman.
cobain dlu aja. tambahan pilihan kuliner banyak karena dekat dengan daerah perkampusan (BINUS)
for now, it's different, the cost has changed.
the facilities are really good, the water is clean, the cost is comfortable.
just try it. many additional culinary options because it is close to the campus area (BINUS)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pembayaran bulanan selalu diminta untuk tepat waktu, dari tanggal 2 kalau belom bayar langsung ditagih. Tapi untuk pengembalian deposit butuh waktu hampir 1 bulan dari tanggal check out, dengan alasan butuh dicheck terlebih dahulu kerusakan/cacat yang ada. Padahal untuk pengecekan tidak membutuhkan waktu yg lama.
Pada saat pengembalian deposit, ada pemotongan yg cukup besar untuk biaya tukang cat ulang yg harganya lebih mahal dibanding dengan harga cat-nya.
Untuk awal-awal masih lumayan nyaman tetapi ketika ada renovasi kamar, berlanjut terus tukangnya sampe malam hari.
Banyak hewan-hewan kecil di kamar mandi dan kebersihan dapur & kulkas sangat sangat sangat buruk. Kulkasnya bau banget. Dapur gak pernah dibersihin.
Sirkulasi udara juga buruk, terasa sangat engap di lorong kamar dan juga di dalam kamar. Kualitas air juga lumayan buruk karena airnya bau. Thanks.

For the beginning it was still quite comfortable but when there was a room renovation, it continued until nighttime.
Lots of small animals in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the kitchen & fridge was very very very poor. The fridge smells so bad. The kitchen has never been cleaned.
The air circulation is also bad, it feels very breathless in the hallway and also in the room. The water quality is also pretty bad because the water smells bad. Thanks.

Pas diseberang ada universitas Binus
Pas disamping ada tempat hiburan 9Square
kalo ke kiri pasar kalo ke kanan udah jalan raya yang padat,
Mau cari makanan apa aja , insyaAllah ada
ga perlu gofood , jalan kaki dah sampe
Tapi kalo mager ya.. good juga ??
Kosan ekslusif ini ada 4lantai, pas dipinggir jalan, dan sangat Rapii , untuk fasilitasnya :
1. AC
2. Ranjang tidur dengan 2laci
3. Kasur tidur yang empuk
4. lemari besar 2pintu
5. Meja belajar yang besar dengan laci dibawah
4. Tempat duduk
5. kamar mandi didalam
6. Closet duduk
7. Water heater
8. Ada beberapa kamar yang punya wastafel (kalo punya aku engga ada )
9. Free Wifi
10.Dapur bersama bersih

13. parkiran mobil didepan
14. parkiran motor dibasements
15. Tiap lantai ada sofa dan meja untuk santai
16. Untuk ukuran kamar untuk harga 1,3jt itu 3x4 dan fasilitasnya smw sama, yang mebedakan hanya ukuran kamar aja , ada yang 4x4, untuk harga tertinggi biasanya pada uk.kamar dan lantai nya saja, tp semua worth it.
17. Rate 1,3jt - 1,9jt( 1,3jt dilantai 4, kalo 1,9jt di lt.ground )
Aku udah check beberapa kos yang ekslusif, emang ga ada yang ekslusif dan worth it kaya gini, rata rata kosan djakarta seharga sewa apartemen sebulan ? yaaa, mending ambil apartement sih, apalagi banyak skrg apart yang no DP ?
Jadi, emang harus teliti banget cari tempat tinggal, banyak tempat tinggal sewa kaya gini yang kumuh tp harga nya selangit, yang sempit dan kipas angin doang tp harganya jutaan ?
Bahkan dikamar g ada ventilasi udara
Tapi kosan ini worth it banget banget banget ??

but it's worth it, the place is clean and the months are right for employees it's really busy here..
Just across the street there is Binus University
Right beside there is a 9Square entertainment place
If you go to the left of the market, if you go to the right, the road is already crowded.
What kind of food are you looking for, God willing, there is
No need for gofood, the walk has arrived
But if it's lazy, it's good too
This exclusive boarding house has 4 floors, right on the side of the road, and is very neat, for the facilities:
1. AC
2. Bed with 2 drawers
3. Soft sleeping mattress
4. 2 door large wardrobe
5. Large study desk with drawers below

5. bathroom inside
6. Closet sitting
7. Water heater
8. There are some rooms that have a sink (if I have one, I don't have one)
9. Free Wifi

15. Each floor has a sofa and a table for relaxing
16. For the room size for the price of 1.3 million, it's 3x4 and the facilities are all the same, the only difference is the size of the room, some are 4x4, for the highest price it's usually in the UK. Room and floor only, but all worth it.
17. Rate 1.3 million - 1.9 million (1.3 million on the 4th floor, if 1.9 million on the ground floor)
I've checked several exclusive boarding houses, there's really nothing exclusive and worth it like this, the average Djakarta boarding house costs an apartment for a month Yes, it's better to take an apartment, especially now that many apartments have no down payment
So, you really have to be very careful looking for a place to live, there are many rental places like this that are shabby but the prices are exorbitant, the narrow ones and the fans only cost millions
Even in the room there is no air vent
But this boarding house is really worth it
