★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambil kamar untuk transit satu bulan bareng istri, di lantai 3, ex airy. Fasilitas kamar lengkap bgt khas hotel (sampai keset, sajadah dan hanger ada), tinggal bawa badan dan baju. Minus jendela saja. Ada open space area di balkon, harusnya kalo dimaintain bisa jd nilai plus buat penghuni. Wifi ok, air ok kah (kadang kecil). Kasur ok. Generally sangat ok dibanding yg lain kalo secara harga bulanan. Deposit 500K (bukan masalah). Lokasi jangan ditanya, ok jg (depan jalan area macet sih, krn udh dekat dgn IPB).
 Take a room for a month's transit with my wife, on the 3rd floor, ex airy. Complete room facilities are typical of a hotel (until there are doormats, prayer mats and hangers), just bring your body and clothes. Minus the window only. There is an open space area on the balcony, if it was maintained it could be a plus for residents. Wifi is ok, water is ok (sometimes small). Mattress ok. Generally very ok compared to the others if the monthly price. 500K deposit (no problem). Don't ask the location, it's ok (in front of the traffic jam area, because it's close to IPB).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price around 550-650 for month. The place is clean, but there are limited toilets for the entire building. IMO air circulation is not really good. For you who washes your own clothes it's a bit uncomfortable
