★ ★ ★ ★ ★ di pakuan regency cluster lainnya memperbolehkan sales untuk sebar brosur di cluter wastukencana tidak bisa sebar brosur,tidak mengizinkan sales untuk berikhtiar di tempat tersebut, padahal kalau dipikir" apa ruginya satpam ketika ada yang ingin berlangganan ke sales tersebut?lagian klo mau masuk cluster di tahan KTP kok d satpam,jika terjadi apa2 bisa dicari orng tersebut,yah tpi lagi" cluster wastukencana memang beda hahah
In other regency clusters, it allows sales to distribute brochures in the waste planner, cannot distribute brochures, does not allow sales to make an effort in that place, even though if they think "what is the harm in the security guard when someone wants to subscribe to the sales? How come the KTP is at the security guard, if anything happens, the person can be searched for, yeah but again "the wastukencana cluster is different hahah

Terima kasih untuk komennya mas Rifan. Itu berarti Satpamnya benar-benar disiplin menjalankan kebijakan RT/RW setempat. Setidaknya ada 2 alasan pokok kenapa Cluster Wastukancana memang beda (katakan saja ekstra ketat) dibanding cluster-cluster lainnya, yaitu:
(1). Beberapa tahun lalu (sekitar 2015an), cluster ini pernah punya sejarah mengalami 7 kali berturut-turut (dalam sebulan) rumah warga kebobolan MALING. Sampai seluruh Satpam dicurigai, dirolling, diganti, setiap malam warga ikut ronda, dan kesimpulan dari pihak Polresta mengindikasi, malingnya orang luar kompleks.
(2). Cluster ini bisa di-akses melalui 3 cara, yaitu via gerbang depan (samping Yogya dept.store), via jalan umum/perumahan TDI & Kartika, dan via gerbang belakang yang tembus langsung ke Jl. Batuhulung ke Bara-IPB (walau kini gate ini akhirnya ditutup mati).
Jadi wajar dan mohon dimaklumi jika potensi kerawanannya tinggi dan oleh karena itulah Satpam harus ekstra ketat & waspada demi kenyamanan warga cluster, walau tetap bersikap ramah dan sopan kepada pengunjung. Semoga penjelasan ini bisa dimaklumi adanya.

Thank you for the comment, Mr. Rifan. That means the security guard is really disciplined in carrying out the local RT / RW policy. There are at least 2 main reasons why the Wastukancana Cluster is different (let's say extra tight) compared to other clusters, namely:
(1). Several years ago (around 2015), this cluster had a history of experiencing 7 times in a row (in a month) MALING's houses were broken into. Until all security guards are suspected, rolled over, replaced, every night residents join the patrol, and the conclusion of the Police indicates that people outside the complex are thieves.
(2). This cluster can be accessed in 3 ways, namely via the front gate (beside Yogya dept.store), via the public / residential road TDI & Kartika, and via the back gate which goes directly to Jl. Batuhulung to Bara-IPB (although now this gate is finally closed off).
So it is natural and please understand if the potential for vulnerability is high and that's why the security guard must be extra strict & vigilant for the convenience of cluster residents, although still being friendly and polite to visitors. Hopefully this explanation is understandable.
