★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos di sini dari sept 2014 sd juni 2020. Kosnya nyaman kyk rumah sendiri. Pemilik kos ramah, tidak tinggal di sini, tapi di perumahan sekitar kos. Ada penjaga yg datang bersih2 lalu pulang.
Tiap penghuni pegang kunci pintu utama kosan, jadi bebas keluar masuk kapan aja.
Lantai 1 kamar mandi luar, lantai 2 kamar mandi dalam. Tiap kamar sudah ada kasur, lemari, kursi, meja.
Air bersih, jernih.
Ada dapur komplit alat masak di lantai 1.
Ada ruang TV di lantai 2.
Kulkas ada di lantai 1 dan 2.
Ada wifi.
Lingkungannya dekat masjid dan ada warga sekitar yg biasa ronda, jadi aman. Dekat jln utama margonda raya, kampus UI, stasiun pocin, Detos, Margo City, Gramedia, ATM.
 The boarding house is here from sept 2014 to June 2020. The cost of living is comfortable. Owners of boarding houses are friendly, not living here, but in housing around the boarding house. There are guards who come clean then go home.
Each occupant holds the key to the main door of the boarding house, so it is free to enter and exit at any time.
1st floor outside bathroom, 2nd floor inside bathroom. Each room has a mattress, wardrobe, chairs, table.
Clean, clear water.
There is a complete kitchen utensil on the 1st floor cookware.
There is a TV room on the 2nd floor.
The fridge is on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Is there Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood is near the mosque and there are residents around who are usually patrolling, so it's safe. Near the main highway of Margonda Raya, UI campus, Pocin station, Detos, Margo City, Gramedia, ATM.
