★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DeKOSTel ada cleaning service sendiri, management oke tapi kurang komunikasi dengan staff lapangan. Internet lag Terus, sudah dibenerin masih lag.
Kalo Kamar brisik tergantung Dari penghuni Kos sebelah. Overall Kamar cenderung kecil tapi oke.
Harga bersaing.
 DeKOSTel has its own cleaning service, okay management but lack of communication with field staff. Internet lag Continues, already generated lag still.
If the bris room depends on the occupants of the boarding house next door. Overall the rooms tend to be small but okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sesuai perjanjian utk unit saya, Di kontrak disebutkan tidak boleh merokok akan tetapi kenyataanya di kostan boleh merokok dan bau rokok, pria boleh bawa "teman" wanita ke kost, berisik..pindah kamar tidak bisa padahal di kontrak bisa dengan bayar 100rb.
Not according to the agreement for my unit, the contract states that it is not allowed to smoke but in fact in the boarding house smoking and the smell of cigarettes, men may bring a female "friend" to the boarding house, noisy ... moving rooms cannot even though the contract can pay 100 thousand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duit deposit 1jt ga gw ambil karna mendadak pindah, jd yauda gw relain duit deposit nya hangus.
3 minggu kemudian pihak kos nagih duit 300k dengan alasan kamar yg aku tempati sebelum nya dinding nya rusak karna bekas nempelin stiker.
Padahal bekas nempelin nya juga cuma 2cm dan bukan terkelupas parah juga dinding nya.
Terus gw bilang ke staff nya, duit deposit aku kan uda aku biarin hangus, kenapa masih nagih 300k buat uang cat???
Kata staff nya duit deposit nya di keep sama mereka krn kesalahan dr aku yg ga infoin mau pindah. Untuk biaya cat nya itu beda lgi.
Woiiiii, di mana-mana duit DEPOSIT itu dipakeee buat perbaiki kerusakan, bukan nya malah di simpen sama pihak kalian terus nagih biaya lagii buat kerusakan!!!!!

I didn & amp; # 39; t take the 1 million deposit because I suddenly moved, so I just wanted the deposit to be forfeited.
3 weeks later the boarding house charged 300k on the grounds that the room I was in before the wall was damaged due to a sticker sticking.
Even though the sticky mark is also only 2cm and the wall is not badly peeled off either.
Then I told the staff, I already let my deposit money burn, why are you still charging 300k for paint money ???
The staff said the deposit money was kept with them because of my mistake, who didn't want to move. The cost of the paint is different.
Woiiiii, everywhere the DEPOSIT money is used to repair damage, instead of being saved with your party, you continue to charge more for damages !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ management yang sangat jelek dan lelet, saat saya hubungi katanya selalu nungguin acc pemilik dan cari teknisi lain saya sangat kecewa, saya bayar kosan biaya full tapi saat ada kerusakan ac malah tidak diurus sampai ada 1 bulan, sagat kecewa dengan management kosan ini.mending area newton managementnya lebih cepat dan jelas, sangat mengecewakan tempat ini.sangat2 parah saya sarankan jika memang ingin tinggal di allogio jangan dibawah management dekostel sangat lambat dan kalau ada masalah tidak akan diurus kamarnya, sangat tidak direkomendasikan
very ugly and slow management, when I contacted he said he was always waiting for the owner's acc and looking for another technician I was very disappointed, I paid the full cost of the boarding house but when there was a breakdown the ac was not even taken care of until there was 1 month, very disappointed with the management of this boarding house. newton management is faster and clearer, very disappointing this place. very badly I suggest if you really want to stay in Allogio, don't be under the management of dekostel very slowly and if there is a problem the room will not be taken care of, it is not recommended
