★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempat tinggal yg nyaman adalah yg terpenting. Dan kost omah tuban ini nyaman. Setiap hari dibersihkan, which is bersih trs. Karena saya org yg seharian kerja saya butuh tmpt tinggal yg tidak bising untuk isirahat. Kost ini isinya full tp tidak bising. Sangat cocok untuk yg mau punya privacy tp juga tidak susah bersosialisasi krn org didalam friendly termasuk mbanya baik sekali. Ukuran kamar sedang cukup untuk seorang. Fasilitas super lengkap. Tapi tanggung jawab sendiri memilah apa yg perlu dimasukan ke lemari es karena kadang full belajar sharing dengan sesama.

Because I am a person who is working all day long I need a quiet place to stay for rest. This boarding house full contents but not noisy. It is suitable for those who want to have privacy but it's also not difficult to socialize because people are friendly, including the best mbanya. Room size is adequate for a person. Super complete facilities. But the responsibility itself is sorting out what needs to be put in the fridge because sometimes it's full of learning to share with others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga kost yang terjangkau Rp 1.500.000 sudah include listrik dan ada TV. Tempatnya dekat dengan Gading Serpong dan Karawaci. Ownernya ramah banget dan peduli dengan mahasiswi yg tinggal. Ada Mba Lita juga baik & selalu bersihin jadi nggak usah khawatir pasti selalu bersih. Living roomnya nyaman juga ada sunflowers decoration.

The owner is very friendly and cares about female students who live. There Mba Lita is also good & always clean so there's no need to worry that it's always clean. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 bulan disini, kost nya sangat nyaman. Nggak berisik, setiap hari dibersihkan, ownernya juga sangat helpful dan baik. Gercep kalo ada sesuatu. Gak ada temenku yang fasilitasnya sebaik disini tapi harganya juga serendah ini. Ukuran kamarnya cukup buat 1 orang. Lingkungannya aman. Minusnya cuma daerah allo itu masih kosong blong. Bukan salah ownernya. Dan kalo punya kendaraan juga ini sama sekali bukan masalah. Sukses terus
