★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kos di situ 2 tahun. Kamar AC di bawah enak, besar dan ada tempat cuci. Cm sirkulasi udara kurang baik jd agak lembab aja kadang
I was there for 2 years. The AC rooms below are nice, big and there is a laundry place. CM air circulation is not good so it is rather humid sometimes

Untuk yg bawa mobil atau motor pun aman.
