★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for eating and gathering. You will find students are doing their work. The place can be crowded at busy time. The food here is good. You will find many indomie option here. The other food like nasi goreng or nasi wagyu are also good. The coffee is OK
There are clean toilets here and the parking lot is sufficient. Wheel chair user need a assistance to access this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded version of normal indomie stalls which you can find everywhere. Favorite place for students to hangout or doing their homeworks (study well guys!). They have some work-style desk with power plug-in as well as wireless network for free.
They have vast variation of indomie in many style (my favorite is pizza indomie, my childhood food!), rice with meat and egg (you can also find wagyu here). You can also order some local snack such as cilok, cireng, and bakso pentol (my favorite). You can also many kind of coffee here (gayo and arabica). My favorite is their Gatotkaca cold brew coffee.
My favorite thing is they rarely turn the music on (or sometimes in very low volume) so that we can chat nicely. Well, but you need to work hard to get your place. Almost always jam-packed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came here so many times but nothing changed with the service: long waiting, there's no kind and friendly staff, no smile from the staff, a lot of unavailable menu. once, me and my friend got hardly-bitter tasted-burned toast, i was afraid to complain since the staff doesnt look that nice. i complained to the ig dm's and surprisingly they were so nice to me. suddenly the staff came to me and mad, 'plz dont complain to the ig bcz we have diffrent team. we all got warned bcz of your complain' she said. then she gave me new toast, took pic, the went home. i feel sorry but i think i have right to get good service too since i came here often. hope that warning will warn you all to give us better services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop place for dining, chatting, playing games, thesis-ing, and coffee-ing. The cuisine may be ordinary, a bit expensive for its class, like indomie, bread, banana, fried rice. But im sure the taste is worth it, very delicious. I recommend indomie saus keju, idr 18k. Food prices are about 16-20,coffee prices are about 15-30. You can order additional bread or banana for about 12k.
The place provides some table games like uno, jenga, monopoly for us to play for free. The venue is also bright, large, and convenient. The coffee is delicious although not special

In my opinion, Upnormal's menu, in general, the price has gone up so much that it becomes more unaffordable and the quality hadn't catch up the price hike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cozy place for remote working, not too busy at morning until afternoon. they have speedy wifi and good taste coffee. the smoking area is too small for a place to hangout, but it comfortable when there no crowd.
this branch is not too big like the one in Bandung, but worth it. it's available to pay at the table too, you can order coffee and food through the Upnormal app. great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, cozy for working or spending your time with your friends. It is quite big and have a lot seats. Its parking area also quite big. It has musholla, quite comfortable for moeslim to pray. I like its vibes, comfy, cause it is crowded. The price is quite expensive, but it is okay
