Tapi untuk kamar tanpa AC, rata-rata perabotan lama.
Sebagian masih bagus dan layak pakai.
Cuma sebagian udah ada yang rusak meski masih layak pakai.
Untuk bagian tangga juga mengkhawatirkan karena pegangan terbuat dari kayu dan sebagian sudah dimakan rayap bahkan ada yang goyang.
Dan untuk ukuran kosan sebesar ini, sangat disayangkan karena tidak ada pembantu minimal seminggu/sebulan sekali untuk membersihkan.
Meski ada piket, tapi anak-anak juga memiliki kesibukan masing-masing untuk pergi ke kampus/bekerja.
Sampah juga kurang terkontrol dan sering menumpuk.
Jika management lebih bagus, saya yakin kosan ini sangat menyenangkan dengan fasilitas lengkap seperti itu.

But for rooms without air conditioning, average old furniture.
Some are still good and worth using.
Only part of it is broken even though it's still worth using.
The stairs are also worrying because the handles are made of wood and some have been eaten by termites and some even shake.
And for the size of the boarding house of this size, it is unfortunate because there are no helpers at least once a week / month to clean.
Even though there are pickets, children also have their own activities to go to campus / work.
Trash is also poorly controlled and often piles up.
If management is better, I'm sure this boarding house is very pleasant with complete facilities like that.
