★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap kamar kostan sudah dilengkapi fasilitas yang lengkap, mulai dari jendela kamar ke luar yang besar (ini penting buat sirkulasi udara dan cahaya), balkon kecil, hingga AC. Tidak hanya itu aja, di sini juga tersedia wifi, laundry harian, dan listrik yang sudah termasuk ke dalam biaya ngekos bulanan. Kebersihan kosan juga selalu dijaga dengan optimal. Menurut saya worth it banget dengan biaya yang kita keluarkan ??
Yang paling utamanya adalah, penjaga kostan di sini sangatlah ramah, helpful, dan sigap jika penghuni butuh bantuan. Sangat recommended buat kalian yang kerja dan nyari kostan di daerah Kuningan.
Each boarding room is equipped with complete facilities, ranging from large windows to the outside (this is important for air and light circulation), small balconies, to air conditioning. Not only that, there is also wifi, daily laundry, and electricity which are included in the monthly boarding fee. The cleanliness of the boarding house is also always maintained optimally. I think it's really worth the money we spend
The main thing is, the boarding house guards here are very friendly, helpful, and alert if residents need help. Highly recommended for those of you who work and are looking for a boarding house in the Kuningan area.
