★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas yang pas dan baik untuk kos-kos an Putra. Garasi motor yang luas, halaman kos yang luas, kamar yang rapi dan bersih, bangunan yg masih baik, tersedia sudut dapur dan juga tempat menerima tamu, dan fasilitas cctv yg mengarah untuk keamanan keluar masuk gerbang kos.
Facilities that fit and are good for boarding houses. Spacious motorcycle garage, spacious boarding yard, neat and clean rooms, a good building, there is a kitchen corner and also a place to receive guests, and CCTV facilities that lead to security in and out of the boarding gate.

Kalau puasa dpt gorengan dan teh panas gratis dari ibu kost.
Spacious motorbike parking, there is cctv and wifi.
