★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost yang sangat dekat dengan kampus (terutama bagi mahasiswa FTI ataupun FTSP), cukup dengan jalan kaki sekitar 5-10 menit sudah sampai. Untuk harga sendiri relatif mahal dan tidak bisa dibayar per bulan, tersedia juga tempat parkir, kamar mandi dalam, dan juga langsung mendapatkan kasur, lemari kecil serta meja belajar, juga terdapat tempat untuk menjemur pakaian. Namun akses kost ini sangat mudah dan juga dekat dengan masjid, warung makan, tempat laundry serta tempat servis sepeda motor (sekitar 50-100 meter). Agak repot ketika musim penghujan terutama pada kamar lantai dua
