★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat kos strategis di dekat jambu dua. Sebulan cuma 500 ribu + listrik. Kamar mandi diluar. Ada dapur. Satu kamar ukuran nya cukup luas, bisa lah dikasih kulkas, lemari. Untuk kamar mandi dalam 750 ribu. Airnya dingin seger. Cuma untuk keamanan nya kurang ya, sering ada maling jemuran. Jalan masuk juga nanjak banget, sempit pula. Susah kalo mau masuk keluarin motor. Kalo pagi ada yg membantu bersihkan kamar mandi dan dapur. Tempat jemur ada tapi seadanya. Deket masjid. Boarding house near Jambu Dua Plaza. Only Rp 500k and Rp 750k. Place not very secure, sometimes there is clothe thief.
