★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Center I ever went to in my life.
I have three Mi Home Security Cameras that I received from a friend in the USA. When I received the camera, I downloaded the Mi Home Android app, connected to power, connected to my wifi and then proceeded to scan the qr code. For some reason, the code was not identified so I tried the 2nd and then the 3rd camera. Still same issue.
Today I came to the Mi Home Centre for help.
Even that I told the staff that the units were from the US, he still checked his Indonesian list and then told me that these units are not under warranty. I told him I knew and that I also did tell him again, these are from the US.... He did not seem to care.
Then I told him again the problem, even had my driver explain to him in Bahasa the problem and asked if he can help.
Now, remember, I am with 3 Mi Home Camera at the Mi Home Service centre.
I asked him to try to scan the code. He says, "Oh, we do not have the application"
What? I said... This is Mi Home and you do not have Mi Home apps? I was starting to get annoyed here very fast.
Then I told him I already had the Mi Home App on both my phones and he was welcome to scan onto my phone to see the problem.
So, he takes my phone and the camera (Not Connected to power or wifi) and ready to scan.
What kind of a bloody Idiot I am dealing with here? Should he not know that it needs to be powered up? Being that he is a tech at the Mi Home Service Centre?
Then I told him, Hey, you need to power up the camera... Ohhh he said..... Worst than my 2 year old daughter here....
So, he take the wall plug and looks at it. Yeah, it is from the US... Oh, we can not use this. Will not go in the wall.... Come on people. this is Mi Home service centre. You would think that they have all kinds of connecters that they can use from the local camera they have. No???
So, bottom line is here I have 3 i Home Camera that will not work, Service Centre is less than totally useless and nothing that can be done with Idiots like this.
It is beyond me how any company can hire people with such a low mentality like I have seen today.
I really do not expect any reply from these people so please take this to heart, before you purchase any Mi Home products, be aware of what can happen if you have any issues at all.
As for reviews, I have rarely ever written such a poor review. If it was possible to give a MINUS Starr, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center for your all xiaomi mobile phones problem. But only with the authorized distributor item. If you buy something that didn't, you won't get help from them
The service price is kinda high (maybe because the place is cozy and you will need to pay more for the convenience)
They won't sell.you a spare part, they will service your phone directly in these place
