the boarding house here is good the wifi is fast, close to everywhere and lots of places to eat, from the mrt station Blok A is also near about 5 minutes walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk, tidak beretika. Kamar bocor disuruh ngungsi, nunggu 1 minggu lebih buat diperbaiki, sampe kasur udah basah semua. Orang lagi WFH, malah dicat kamarnya buat solusi bocor yang udah gagal berulang kali. Ada yang kena virus, sterilisasi pun tidak.
Sudah bilang mau pindah, lagi dinas di luar kota, tiba2 belum tanggal berakhir kos tapi udah diusir duluan. Keren. Rekomendasi 100% untuk orang yang ingin menambah masalah hidup.
Very bad, unethical. The leaking room was told to evacuate, waited 1 week more for it to be repaired, until the mattress was all wet. The other person is WFH, instead his room has been painted for a leaky solution that has failed repeatedly. Some have caught the virus, not even sterilization.
I said I wanted to move, I was on duty outside the city, suddenly the boarding house had not ended but had already been kicked out first. Cool. 100% recommendation for people who want to add to life's problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the 4 months I stayed here, my experience has been exceptional. The landlord is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Whenever I need something or something is unclear, whether it is about wifi problems or electricity, he always respond fast. Moreover, the Wifi provided is exceptionally fast. I can surf the problem without any disturbances. It it also a very convenient place to live in, the environment is neat and clean, the Air conditioner is cold. The Kost is also near many places, there are many cheap, street foods near the place. There is also an MRT station nearby, so that transportation isn’t a big issue, you can travel easily. The location is also very safe as there are numerous securities (satpam komplek) safeguarding the place.
