★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mahal. start dari 2,5jutaan per bulan tapi gembok pagarnya rusak tidak pernah diganti. kos kelihatan cukup bersih, tidak sempit, include listrik, laundry 2 potong per hari, AC, wifi, kamar mandi dalam, aqua. parkiran kecil. sirkulasi udara kurang bagus. kosnya bau rokok dan menurut info sering tercium bau busuk seperti bau parit sama airnya juga kadang kuning, kadang hitam, kadang bau besi. tapi masih ada kos lain yang lebih mahal dan kurang bagus kok
