★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dapat dijadikan pilihan untuk yang bekerja di area Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Selatan dan bahkan Tangerang karna lokasinya dekat dengan Shelter Busway RS. Harapan Kita yang bisa diakses hanya dengan berjalan kaki, serta berada di area komplek bersih, tidak kumuh.
 Can be used as an option for those who work in the area of Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta and even Tangerang because of its location close to the Busway RS Shelter. Harapan Kita which can be accessed only by foot, and is in a clean complex area, not slum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati-hati sebelum kost di sini. Uang deposit sebesar 1 juta tidak dikembalikan meski saya sudah kost lebih dari 3 bulan dan tidak merusak fasilitas apapun di kamar saya. Pemilik sudah dihubungi berkali-kali dan responnya selalu "akan kami cek". Namun semenjak awal saya menanyakan hingga sekarang sudah lebih dari 1 bulan, pemilik kost tidak juga mengirimkan bukti transfer uang deposit.
Untuk fasilitas sendiri cukup sesuai dengan harga yang diberikan dan sudah termasuk:
- Laundry.
- Service AC dan pembersihan toilet secara berkala.
- Dapur bersih dengan kulkas.
- Terdapat mesin cuci, tempat setrika, serta tempat menjemur.
Di sisi lain:
- Penjaga kost suka marah-marah setiap ada kesalahan kecil.
- AC kurang dingin meski baru diservice.
- Meteran listrik terlalu dekat dengan kamar sehingga berisik.
- Tidak diberitahu saat survey bahwa minimal kost adalah selama 3 bulan, jika tidak maka uang deposit akan hangus. Baru diberitahu saat hari pertama kost.
- Jika teman atau saudara berkunjung beberapa kali ke kost akan ditegur oleh penjaga kost meskipun hanya berkunjung sebentar dan tidak menginap.
Semoga pemilik kost dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya sehingga hal yang serupa tidak akan terjadi lagi. Dan semoga bisa segera mengirimkan uang deposit saya yang bukan haknya.
Be careful before boarding here. Deposit of 1 million was not returned even though I had been boarding for more than 3 months and did not damage any facilities in my room. The owner has been contacted many times and the response is always "we will check". But since the beginning I asked until now it has been more than 1 month, the owner of the boarding house does not also send proof of transfer of deposit money.
For the facilities themselves, they are quite appropriate with the prices given and include:
- Laundry.
- AC service and regular toilet cleaning.
- Clean kitchen with refrigerator.
- There is a washing machine, iron, and a place to dry.
On the other hand:
- Boarding guards like to get angry every time there is a small mistake.
- The air conditioner is not cold even though it's just been serviced.
- The electricity meter is too close to the room so it's noisy.
- Not informed during the survey that a minimum of boarding is for 3 months, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Just notified when the first day boarding.
- If a friend or relative visits several times the boarding house will be reprimanded by the boarding guard even if only visiting briefly and not staying overnight.
Hopefully the boarding house owner can improve his services so that the same thing will not happen again. And hopefully can immediately send my deposit money that is not his right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, fasilitasnya oke banget, biayanya udah termasuk sama laundry, kamarnya juga lega, ada rooftop juga buat liat langit malem, penjaga kost yang selalu standby kalo ada apa apa, ownernya ramah dan fast respon, recommended
