Ada roof untuk jemur baju. Ambiance nya sejuk, wangi. Dapur bersih tersedia di lt 3 juga kulkas bersama tersedia 2 unit. Fasilitas dan kondisi sesuai harga, sangat memuaskan.
Clean, tidy rooms, spacious parking, a helpful assistant, there is a shared kitchen on lt 1 along with the parking lot. 2nd floor is the owner's house. Position of boarding room on the 3rd floor. Limit is only a few rooms. There is a roof for drying clothes. The ambiance is cool, fragrant. A clean kitchen is available on the 3rd floor and a shared refrigerator is available in 2 units. Facilities and conditions according to price, very satisfying.
