★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan ini termasuk berada di tengah kota di daerah Jakarta Selatan. Dari kosan ke pusat perkantoran di Jl. Soepomo (restoran, instansi pemerintah, hotel, dll) hanya perlu jalan kaki. Jadi orang yg kost tak perlu bawa motor apalagi mobil. Di kosan sini tempat parkir motor sangat terbatas. Kalau parkir mobil, terpaksa di luar padahal di luarpun jalan termasuk padat dan agak sempit.
This boarding house includes in the middle of the city in the area of South Jakarta. From the boarding house to the office center on Jl. Soepomo (restaurants, government agencies, hotels, etc.) only need to walk. So the person who is boarding does not need to bring a motorcycle let alone a car. Here, parking space for motorbikes is very limited. If you park the car, you have to go outside even though the road is crowded and rather narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost campur, cewek maupun cowok. Bersih, aman, bebas banjir. Hanya ada parkiran motor. Kamar ukuran single, kamar mandi dalam dengan air hangat untuk lantai satu dan dua. Ada wifi. Untuk koneksi mobile: telkomsel aman (sinyal penuh dan dapat 4G+), 3 tidak dapat sinyal 4G, provider lain kurang tau. Sangat direkomendasikan! ??
Mixed boarding, girls and boys. Clean, safe, flood free. There is only motorbike parking. Single size room, en suite bathroom with warm water for the first and second floors. Is there Wi-Fi. For mobile connections: Telkomsel is secure (full signal and can get 4G+), 3 can't get 4G signal, other providers don't know. Highly recommended! ??
