 too complicated for the aunt's rules, the stove is provided but can't cook, even though strategic and easy access anywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost Khasanah kamarnya memenuhi kebutuhan saya, compact service laundry Ok dan WIFI nya kenceeeng bgtzz..Lokasi dekat ke mana2 transportasi byk n gampang didapat, yg pasti deket Mall yg hits di Jakarta yaitu Kokas ??
The rooms are comfortable and meet my needs, the laundry service is ok and the WIFI is cool. The location is close to where transportation is easy to get, certainly the Mall that hits in Jakarta is Kokas Kok

Secara tempat sangat strategis, kamarnya juga walaupun kecil tp worth the price untuk daerah Tebet. Tetapi yang jaga bikin kurang nyaman banyak bgt rulesnya (padahal bukan yg punya), ngegofood diomelin, nongkrong diomelin, serba diomelin. Dituliskan di iklan Info Kost, bisa masak karena ada dapur, free air dll. Tapi in fact dapur gaboleh dipake samsek, airnya bayar lagi dan yang jaga suka masuk kamar seenaknya dan suka bagi-bagi makanan ku (yg di kulkas) buat orang lain without my consent. Cape deh.
Not recommended at all.
In a very strategic place, the rooms are also small but worth the price for the Tebet area. But the guardian makes it uncomfortable a lot of the rules (even though they are not), ngegofood diomelin, hang out diomelin, all diomelin. It is written in the Kost Info ad, can cook because there is a kitchen, free water etc. But in fact the kitchen can not be used by Samsun, the water is paid again and the guard likes to enter the room arbitrarily and likes to share my food (which is in the refrigerator) for others without my consent. Tired of.

Saya sudah info akan keluar di akhir januari dan sudah bayar full. Tapi baru tanggal 10, pemilik kos minta saya untuk kasih lihat kamar saya ke orang yg lagi prospek dengan kondisi saya di dalam kamar.. Saya menolak dan malah dibilang saya hanya penyewa. Which is very rude for me dan bahkan deposit saya tidak dikembalikan full dengan alasan token listrik habis dan bunyi padahal kan saya keluar kenapa itu bebankan ke saya..
My worst experience ever!
I have already informed that it will be out at the end of January and have paid in full But only on the 10th, the boarding house owner asked me to see my room to a prospective person with my condition in the room .. I refused and instead they said I was just a tenant. Which is very rude to me and even my deposit was not fully returned on the grounds that the electricity token ran out and sounded even though I came out why did it load it on me ..

Harga worth it sama lokasi yg strategis, mall deket, supermarket deket, lingkungan aman dan rame, ada bibi yang jaga, kamar untuk sendiri cukup banget, untuk berdua cukup juga.. tepat dibelakang apartemen cervino.
Just you say..
The price is worth it at a strategic location, near a mall, a supermarket near, the environment is safe and busy, there is an aunt who looks after it, the room for yourself is really enough, enough for two too... right behind Cervino's apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfy to stay, matches with price listed. Strategic location and the place is very clean. The caretaker is very friendly and attentive to his boarding house boy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very worth it near to the Casablanca area and the access is very easy by public transportation or prive motorcycle and very safely area.
The room condition is very comfort and we can asked to owner what we want to request.
The guard is already old but we can talk if we want to something she may accomodate but sometimes she’s so fussy that’s the old woman we may understand to the condition. She’s okay because she’s good heart.
Over all this Place is suitable for students and worker.
