The boarding is good, but the bathroom is not clean and the room is a bit stuffy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tinggal disini 4 tahun lebih... luar biasa.. pertama ke jogja dapat kos disini dan ga pernah pindah.. bukan karena fasilitasnya tapi karena orang2nya yang ramah2.. dulu waktu ngekos disini hebat ada dari seluruh pulau.. sumatra, kalimantan, sulawesi, maluku, NTT, papua, bali, bahkan timor leste... the best..
kalau fasilitas, untuk kamar standard 3x3, agak pengap tapi its ok, cm kalau siang atau malam sangat dingin wlau tanpa AC, sebelah kosan ada angkringan pak her/badri.. air available 24 jam..parkiran motor luas, jangan lupa kasih kunci keamanan tambahan.. untuk kamar mandi standar diluar walau ga begitu bersih tapi lumayan lah..internet wifi.id ada tinggal daftar.. atap kosan juga reachable bisa untuk tempat nongkrong kalau malam.. dapur juga ada, gas tersedia tinggal patungan bayar..kalau bisa ambil kamar yang dilantai dasar saja..karena lebih baik kondisinya..
I've lived here for over 4 years... it's amazing.. The first time I went to Jogja, I got a boarding house here and I never moved.. Not because of the facilities but because of the friendly people. Sulawesi, Maluku, NTT, Papua, Bali, even Timor Leste... the best..
in terms of facilities, for a standard 3x3 room, it's a bit stuffy but its ok, cm if the day or night is very cold even without air conditioning, next to the boarding house there is an angkringan Pak Her/Badri.. water is available 24 hours...ample motorbike parking, don't forget to give a security key additional.. for the standard bathroom outside, although it's not so clean but it's ok.. internet wifi.id there is only a list.. the roof of the boarding house is also reachable, it can be used as a place to hang out at night.. there is also a kitchen, gas is available, you just have to pay jointly...if can take a room on the ground floor only..because the condition is better..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos putra, nyaman tiap ruangan, lumayan dingin untuk kamar yang berada di dekat gerbang, agak pengap untuk kamar yang di dalem. Wifi cepat 50 mbps pake wifi.id. Murah, 1.350.000 untuk 3 bulan (bila harga belum berubah) termasuk listrik pemakaian wajar. Nambah 50k untuk peralatan elektronik yang membutuhkan listrik setiap saat (magic com, dispenser, dll). Belum ada dapur bersama, tapi banyak tempat jualan makanan. Toilet di luar kamar, cukup bersih. Pemilik kos ramah. Bisa titip loundry 4 ribu per kg
