★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berhubung udah lama ga keliling Tebet dan kaget banget sih karna udah banyak tempat kopi yang kecil-kecil. Nah si Kozu ini salah satunya. Kozu lokasinya ada di Jalan Tebet Timur Raya No. 15 dan ikutin di gmaps aja ya supaya ga nyasar gengss ? Pengalaman kemarin teman kita, dia ngikutin maps dari aplikasi ojek online dan titiknya salah. Tempatnya ada di pelataran kantor gitu gengss dan kebetulan itupun kantor si ownernya. Meskipun begitu kita nyaman lhooo duduk disitu lama terlebih lagi kita datang pas sore-sore dijamin sampe ngantuuk gengss ? Fyi, untuk di hari Jumat malam, Sabtu malam dan Minggu malam, mereka ada live music dan ada tempat buat lesehan, jadi asik kan nongkrong disini.
Disini cuma ada menu minuman aja ya gengss tapi menurut kita udah lumayan komplit sih, varian kopi ada, non coffee ada dan varian cokelatpun ada. Kita pesan Kozu Signature (18k), Americano (18k), Kozu Salted Caramel (25k), Double Choco Signature (28k). Untuk penyajiannya, cukup menunggu sih tapi wajar lah menurut kita karna mereka tidak pakai mesin kopi dan benar-benar manual. Yuuk sekarang kita bahas satu per satu rasanya, let's check this out gengss!! ????
1. Kozu Signature (18k)
Ini menu es kopi susu gula aren ala mereka dan menurut kita, rasanya terbilang creamy tapi enaak karna kopinya ga tenggelaam ? Susunya pun wangi dan sensasi palm sugarnya terasa. Recommended ?
2. Americano (18k)
Kita lupa sih mereka pakai biji kopi apa tapi yang pasti rasanya enaak dan enteenng ? Menurut ownernya, ini pakai campuran arabica dan robusta, tapi enaak. Recommended ?
3. Kozu Salted Caramel (25k)
Ini salah satu menu andalan mereka juga gengss. Rasanya enaaak dan balance bangeett ? Bahkan kita dan teman-teman sepakat ini rasanya lain dibandingkan tempat diluaran sana, terenaaak. Super Duper Recommended ?
4. Double Choco Signature (28k)
Setelah minum serba kopi, rasanya ga afdol kalau ga cicip varian cokelat mereka. Menurut kita, rasanya enak tapi kurang pekat gitu hmmm ini kan judulnya double choco ya, tapi kurang bold dan kurang keluar sensasi pahit dari cokelatnya ? Sempat berbincang dengan ownernya dan beliau bilang ini formula kedua dan kalau formula aslinya ya benar-benar pahit khas cokelat (tak tagih yo mas kalau pas kesini lagi tapi ternyata ga pekat cokelatnya haha ?)
Kita juga diberi kesempatan untuk mencicipi menu yang akan mereka keluarkan lagi, yaitu Earl Grey. Rasanya enaak, wangii dan balance ? Kalau ini beneran ada di menu mereka, pasti beli laahh. Super Recommended ?
Secara keseluruhan, kita suka banget ngopi disini dan berkesan di lidah kita rasa kopinya. Next pasti kesini lagi buat cobain menu mereka yang lainnya dan mau cicip kembali si Double Choco Signature. Since I haven't been around Tebet for a long time and I'm really surprised because there are already many small coffee places. Now this Kozu is one of them. Kozu's location is on Jalan Tebet Timur Raya No. 15 and just follow it on gmaps so that it doesn't get lost. ? Our friend's experience yesterday, he followed maps from the online motorcycle taxi application and the point was wrong. The place is in the court of the office so gengss and coincidentally that's the office of the owner. Even so we are comfortable lhooo sit there for a long time moreover we come in the afternoon guaranteed to hang out gengss ? Fyi, for Friday nights, Saturday nights and Sunday nights, they have live music and there is a place for Lesbian, so it is cool to hang out here .
Here there is only a drink menu, ok, but it seems to us quite complete, there are coffee variants, non coffee and chocolate variants. We ordered Kozu Signature (18k), Americano (18k), Kozu Salted Caramel (25k), Double Choco Signature (28k). For presentation, it's enough to wait, but it's natural, in our opinion, because they don't use a coffee machine and are completely manual. Let's now discuss it one by one, let's check this out! ????
1. Kozu Signature (18k)
This is their iced coffee milk palm sugar menu and in our opinion, the taste is somewhat creamy but it is arousing because the coffee is not broken ? The milk smells good and the palm sensation is felt. Recommended ?
2. Americano (18k)
We forget what coffee beans they are using but what is certain is their taste and enteenng ? According to the owner, it uses a mixture of arabica and robusta, but it is very reckless. Recommended ?
3. Kozu Salted Caramel (25k)
This is one of the mainstays of their gengss too. It feels sick and the balance is really different ? Even we and friends agree that this feels different compared to the place outside there, yelled. Super Duper Recommended ?
4. Double Choco Signature (28k)
After drinking all of coffee, it doesn't taste good if you don't taste their chocolate variant. In our opinion, it tastes good but it is not thick enough hmmm, the title is double choco, but it is not bold and doesn't come out bitter sensation from the chocolate ? Had a conversation with the owner and he said this is the second formula and if the original formula is really bitter typical chocolate ( Don't ask me, bro, if you come here again, but it turns out it's not dark chocolate haha ?)
We are also given the opportunity to taste the menu they will release again, namely Earl Gray. It feels tired, smells and balance ? If it's really on their menu, definitely buy it. Super Recommended ?
Overall, we really like the coffee here and the taste of our coffee is memorable. Next definitely come here again to try out their other menus and want to taste the Double Choco Signature again.
