★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite cozy. Affordable f&b. Provides good connection of wifi. Smoking area. Clean toilet. Quite hot during the day and if the place get crowded/full, they didn't turn on the ac until night time (which idk starts at what time). Just using big fan on top of your head. Limited parking lot for cars. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite nice place to chill and grab some coffee. They served bite snacks, breakfast menu, and of course Indonesian food. There is no live music in here so its comfortable place to work or hangout with your friends. This one is new to me while I was order Lemon Tea Honey and I ordered one more, they took my glass and change with the bigger one full at top ? thank you MUG Authentic Coffee Atjeh you made my day ? haven't had change to taste the coffee cause of my health conditions, maybe next time?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place for hangout with friends or taking your work or appointment. it's clean (toilet is white and clean) and comfortable, the food is good and value for money. If you like coffee they served decent Aceh coffee.
My overall experience was GREAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place for hang out in Tebet, but in my last visit I didn't see any sign/border of social distancing concerning new rules due the Covid-19 pandemic. Although MUG Tebet has many seats (dine tables, even sofas) but need to anticipate the rush hour (in the moment full of customers).
As its tagline, MUG serves authentic coffee Atjeh, so I tried it. MUG has some kinds of Indonesian cuisine with good prices.
