Karena pemerintah telah resmi mewajibkan pemilik toko online atau e-commerce untuk memiliki izin usaha. Hal tersebut tertuang pada Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 80 Tahun 2019 tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik. Aturan tersebut mengatur mengenai pelaksanaan transaksi melalui PMSE (Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik) atau e-commerce, baik dari sisi pelaku usaha (merchant), konsumen, maupun produk.
Dengan penjelasan terkait izin usaha toko online sejak ditekennya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2019 tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PP 80/2019), diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan bagi para pemilik toko online, sehingga akan memiliki izin usaha dan dapat membantu pembangunan negara dengan pajak =dari hasil penjualan usaha.
Tidak memiliki perlindungan hukum
Kegiatan usaha pada awalnya dapat berjalan lancar, tapi tidak menutup kemungkinan di pertengahan jalan kegiatan usaha tersebut diberhentikan secara tiba-tiba atau dibekukan oleh instansi terkait. Dengan mengurus dan memiliki dokumen legalitas yang sesuai, kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan akan tercatat dan tersimpan secara resmi oleh pemerintah sehingga pelaku usaha akan merasa aman dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya.
Tidak dapat mengembangkan bisnis
