There is only security check to enter the building but there is no gate as checked point to access the lift. So everyone can use and access the floor above. Unfortunately Numpad next to is look old and wore out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office building with quite complete facilities. You will easily find restaurants and cafe such as kopitiam, starbuck, dum dum and others. Cozy place to work and or just for hang out with kaya toast + long black coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The East Building is a kind of office building in the central business district in Mega Kuningan area, near Rich Carlton and Jw Marriott hotel Jakarta.
The activities in this building are like a common office with tenants such as NET. TV Indonesia and Multi Lab a Laboratorium Clinic and Radiology but most of the anchor tenants are related with the China Business and China representative office in Jakarta.
One thing that makes a lot of people come to this building everyday because in the 8th floor there's an office of Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC). Most of them are making travel Visa to China for holiday and study purpose.
While waiting for the queuing call to the Visa counter, you can kill your time there by eating or relaxing in some restaurants and cafes.
For a short stop and go you can find coffee counter, fruit juice counter and fresh salad bar in the ground floor near the elevator to the CVASC office.
