β β β β β I love the ambience and calm atmosphere that have been built to make people relax when you come in. The music, the staff, the background, and every single thing is made so you can enjoy the experience of massaging. The price is acceptable and organized neatly. It's not kind of place to serve "plus service". If you are a man, you will get a men physiotherapist and it is the same for the women. Overall, the experience is nice. I have came several times and I would like to recommend it to others

β β β β β One of my go to place to relieve some tension in your body. it can be very crowded, so I recommend that you book first before going. they have executive/ VIP option, where you can watch Netflix while getting massage, but make sure you're the first one in the room.

β β β β β Awesome. I'm customer to Kokuo Melawai and Kokuo Sampoerna. At Melawai it has more spacious room and toilet facility as also changing room. There total 3 massage rooms. Premium massage room facilitated with Cinema Television and bigger coach. Athletic massage room with duration massage min 90 minutes. Standard room capacity available more than 15 people and less queue, fast reservation. Therapist work very professional, towel and pillow also clean. Room smell good and quiet. Kokuo Sampoerna more smaller size room capacity max 9 or 10 people, no toilet only small changing room.

β β β β β Family reflexology, i can say the therapist are good and prefer the man masseuse.
Located in busy area of melawai, better to reserve before you go. Cause the hype is quite high.
From the receptionist you choose the type of service and pay first, then you go to the room and seated. Besides the recliner chair are mini locker and table, drinking water, wet tissue for use after therapy.
The room itself spacious the standard room for around 60 cuatomers, and separated by shades, the dim light and calm music are the best to enjoy the service.
Not to mention, the price are reasonable and don't forget tipping them.

β β β β β Can be very crowded on weekends, book first is recommended. I tried 90 minutes whole body massage and have no complain. Placed next to Sanpachi ramen which is good to eat ramen after the massage.
