★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan, pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan saat saya mengalami kasus penipuan dengan pelaku yg mempunyai no rekening bank bni saat saya berusaha melaporkan ke bank bni(ada bukti transfer, wa dgn no rek penipu,dll) dengan harapan bisa dibantu dilakukan pembekuan terhadap atm pelaku saya malah di sarankan untuk bersabar tanpa ada rasa urgensi untuk membantu saya...klo diibaratkan saya berusaha masuk ke ugd tapi dibiarkan mati karena harus mendaftar terlebih dulu..pelayanan pun terasa sangat membantu pelaku karena tanpa ada rasa urgensi dengan korban, pelayanan bank ini membuat pelaku bisa bersantai hampir 1 jam lamanya tanpa terburu-buru harus mengosongkan rekening nya...
Disappointingly, the service was very disappointing when I experienced a fraud case with the perpetrator who had a BNI bank account number when I tried to report to the BNI bank (there was proof of the transfer, wa with the fraudulent account number, etc.) in the hope of being helped with freezing the perpetrator's ATM instead. suggest to be patient without any sense of urgency to help me...if it's like trying to enter the emergency room but was left to die because I had to register first...the service was very helpful to the perpetrator because without any sense of urgency with the victim, this bank service allows the perpetrator to relax for almost 1 hour without rushing to empty the account...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG pelayanan disini bener bener BAD banget!!!! sy temenin pcr sy dan sy harus tunggu diluar. PADAHAL DIDALEM BISA DUDUK!!!!! DAN TEMPAT DUDUK KOSONG. sy disuruh tunggu diluar panas panasan. BAD banget!!!!! satpamnya lebay.
OMG the service here is really BAD!!!! I accompanied my PC and I had to wait outside. THOUGH THE DIDALEM CAN SIT!!!!! AND EMPTY SEATS. I was told to wait outside in the heat. VERY BAD!!!!! the security guard is lazy.
