1. Repayment of KoinP2P loan is not directly credited to my account. I suspect it is kept by Koinworks to fund its own operation needs. There is a loan which already repaid by borrower on 02 July 2020 but up till 17 July 2020, repayment has not been credited to my account.
2. There is no information on the start date and payment date of interest calculation. This is rather suspicious.
3. The time between date of funding and date of interest being calculated could be quite long. This is an opportunity cost to an investor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a loan in which the borrower is having a cashflow problem which is understandable and koinworks kept restructuring the loan and now this is the 3rd time the loan's been restructured, and I'm still somewhat ok with that.
But the problem is, the borrower had failed to pay me a single dime since may 2021, which is already more than 90 days, and koinworks should've changed the status of the borrower to NPL and then make an effort to collect the rest of the debt accordingly. But i see nothing being done, it's not even being restructured anymore. Honestly i don't even know of the borrower is still alive or not. Bottom line koinworks doesn't do as agreed before, in terms of problematic loans, so i don't recommend this app at all ?

Truly not worth to invest here. Dead money. Rip investment.

Failure to pay or loss is normal in my opinion as a person who already knows that investment has risks and KoinWorks has provided a lot of information on how to invest properly and correctly and as investors there shouldn't be a lot of complaints if it's just restructuring and late payments. because it has been informed when the payment will be continued and it has been explained, especially in P2P, the risk has been divided by each class and the percentage of return there is also information on why you should be confused and question again. My advice for first-time investors who want to join, it's better to read the terms and regulations first, there will be no complaints in the future
