★ ★ ★ ★ ★ entah kenapa susah sekali ditelepon dan orang2 yang bekerja disana saat dihubungi atau di whatsapp sangat menghindar sekali. Padahal saya baru menanyakan email saja untuk kirim katalog produk. Terlebih ada 1 kultur dimana mereka sangat sensitif sekali jika nomor telepon mereka diketahui. ckckck ada masalah apakah dengan kalian ???
Somehow it's hard to call and the people who work there when contacted or on WhatsApp are very avoiding. Even though I just asked for an email to send a product catalog. Moreover there is 1 culture where they are very sensitive if their telephone numbers are known. ckckck what's the problem with you guys ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kepada customer sangat amat mengecewakan. pengajuan komplain ditanggapi sangat lama, bertele-tele dan dioper-oper ke staff yang lain. Karyawan mereka terkesan takut/tidak perduli/mungkin memang paham cara menangani komplain. sangat tidak kompeten sekali untuk perusahaan dengan image brand yang sudah besar dan (kelihatannya saja ) bagus.
Service to customers is very very disappointing. the submission of complaints is taken very long, long-winded and passed on to other staff. Their employees seem afraid/don't care/maybe they know how to handle complaints. very incompetent for a company with a large and (seemingly) good brand image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danone Aqua (PT Tirta Investama) is One of the WORST COMPANY I had ever interacted with. Despite they are known as reputable & big MNC Company, their Director & Staff attitudes were really bad. I got the email invitation to meet their Local Directors after lunch to discuss an opportunity. When I almost arrived at their office in Cyber 2, their staff informed me that their Directors was unable to meet because injured on the Exercise a day before and will inform the new meeting schedule by email.
It was Silly & Improper, the cancellation was informed when I almost arrived in their office and the new reschedule meeting email never comes.
It was indicated that their management and system were really POOR, even for the simplest thing like managing meetings and respecting their invited guest! So, Do not Interact with them, if you won't waste your time & be disappointed in the end.

Danone Aqua ( PT Tirta Investama) adalah salah satu PERUSAHAAN TERBURUK yang pernah berinteraksi dengan saya. Meskipun mereka dikenal sebagai Perusahaan MNC terkemuka & besar, sikap Direktur & Staf mereka sangat buruk. Saya mendapat undangan email untuk bertemu dengan Direktur Lokal mereka setelah makan siang untuk membahas sebuah peluang. Ketika saya hampir tiba di kantor mereka di Cyber 2, staf mereka memberi tahu saya bahwa Direktur mereka tidak dapat bertemu karena cedera pada Latihan sehari sebelumnya dan akan menginformasikan jadwal pertemuan baru melalui email.
Itu Konyol & Tidak Benar, pembatalan diinformasikan ketika saya hampir tiba di kantor mereka dan email pertemuan penjadwalan ulang yang baru tidak pernah ada.
Itu menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dan sistem mereka benar-benar BURUK, bahkan untuk hal yang paling sederhana seperti mengatur pertemuan dan menghormati tamu undangan mereka! Jadi, Jangan Berinteraksi dengan mereka, jika Anda tidak ingin membuang waktu dan kecewa pada akhirnya.

I got an email invitation to meet with their Local Director after lunch to discuss an opportunity. When I almost arrived at their office on Cyber 2, their staff informed me that their Director was unable to meet due to an injury at Workout the day before and would inform me of the new appointment schedule via email.
It was Ridiculous & Not True, the cancellation was informed when I was almost at their office and the new rescheduled meeting email never came.
It goes to show that their management and system is really BAD, even for the simplest things like arranging a meeting and honoring their invited guests! So, Don't Interact with them, if you don't want to waste time and be disappointed in the end.
