★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ini melayani urusan foto yang cukup lengkap, mau minta yang ini itu dilayani. Disini juga disediakan banyak tipe jas dan beberapa kemeja serta pakaian lain untuk leperluan foto, jadi ga perlu bawa atau beli jas cuma buat foto kalo memang belum punya.
Untuk foto-foto formal dengan ukuran 4x6 dll tidak bisa cetak satuan, disini sudah disediakan paket-paketnya untuk tiap ukuran.
Foto langsung jadi hari itu juga, cukup menunggu 1 jam untuk proses editing dan cetaknya, jadi bisa ditinggal jalan-jalan keliling mal dan pulangnya foto pasti udah jadi.
Disini fotografernya cewe lho, tapi cenderung terlalu pendiam kurang bisa diajak ngobrol dan bercanda.
Letaknya berhadap-hadapan dengan bank mandiri di dalam mal ciputra.

For formal photos with size 4x6 etc. cannot print units, here the packages are provided for each size.
The live photo was the same day, just waiting for an hour for the editing and printing process, so that you could leave the streets around the mall and the return of the photo would have been finished.
Here the photographer is a girl you know, but tends to be too quiet to be able to talk and joke.

I chose the basic family photo package, 30 shots with 5 photos printed. Not many background screens that can be used, clothes and costumes also need to be updated, it seems and the studio is also small. The package price is 750 thousand but the results are disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ini tempat foto yang ngga banget, karyawan nya jutek dan songong, awal dateng buat foto studio jam 19:30 saat datang ngga ada senyum ramah dari karyawannya (mana terbilang foto studio yang mahal dan tidak sesuai dengan etika karyawannya) , setelah foto janji bakalan bisa di tunggu hingga jam 20:30 tetapi setelah jam 20:30 malah toko sudah tutup di gembok dengan rapih (saya berfikir bahwa toko pasti tutup lebih awal), padahal foto tersebut saya gunakan untuk kepentingan pernikahan, besoknya setelah datang kembali tidak ada perkataan maaf dari pihak karyawan malah kesannya menantang customer, saya tau hanya kodak ini yg ada di CL, tetapi menurut saya sangat tidak profesional sekali karyawannya, saya berharap pemilik toko untuk memeriksa kembali attitude dari karyawannya jika ingin survive di masa pandemi ini, sekian sekilas curhatan dari saya, pokoknya sangat tidak worth it toko ini
I swear this is a very bad photo place, the employees are loud and chatty, when they first came for the studio photo at 19:30 when they arrived there was no friendly smile from the employees (which is considered an expensive studio photo and not in accordance with the ethics of the employees), after taking the photo, the promise would be you can wait until 20:30 but after 20:30 the shop was closed neatly with a padlock (I thought that the shop must have closed early), even though I used the photo for wedding purposes, the next day after coming back there was no apology from the employee side, it seems that it is challenging the customer, I know this is the only Kodak that is in CL, but I think the employees are very unprofessional, I hope the shop owner will re-examine the attitude of his employees if you want to survive in this pandemic period, that's a brief rant from me , just really not worth it this shop
