We have been sending mails to and from for a few days when they just stopped responding on the 17th of Feb, I have sent more mails requesting assistance even tried to phone(after 5 min of no answer I ended the call). They are very diligent with their specials emails, but if you are trying to send them some used gear, don't bother, especially if you are speaking to Charles. Its too bad, I will now rather take my business to B&H.
